Very elegant and different to competitorsThis is a replacement for a Sodastream and I am very happy with it. The Sodastream had problems but the InFizz works perfectly. It looks very elegant and the lever provides a nice feel for operating the unit. Unlike most of these sodamakers, it does not come with a gas cylender. I don't use it for mixed drinks but this would seem to be where it's strength lies. It is able to fizz mixtures that other brands might have issues with. But that means the InFizz comes with more components and has more steps in operation. This is fine for me but detracts a little from the unit's simple elegance.

Great product - love what you can "fizz" with it!Bought mainly so that I can have some extra variety to add to my gins. The different drinks I have made using this has added greatly to the regular Sunday ginday_sunday instagram posts! Example of use shown here:
Trying out the new toy - Breville In-Fizz Fusion. Brewed some Central Otago summer fruits tea and added some agave syrup before icing down then adding the fizz. Filled a glass with ice, added 70ml @hastingsdistillers Blossom Parade gin, then topped up with the now lightly fizzed tea. Oh my … Left glass is just straight fizzed tea.

Stylish and best purchase I have made.After researching other well-known brands recommended to me, I decided to try the Infizz Fusion because I liked the colour and style and wanted something different. This machine is just what I was looking for; it is so easy to use, and I have been happy with Breville appliances. I love how I can fizz cold drinks from the night before, and they taste like they have just been opened for the first time with a lot of fizz. I must admit that I upgraded my soda machine and changed brands. I have never looked back. Very happy with the purchase.

Almost perfectLove it. Sleek and beautiful design. Only caveat being the Fusion requiring the InFizz attachment to use the machine in general. For fizzing just water, I only wish I didn't have to remove the whole thing and reattach each time. It was exciting to Fizz new things and now I'd rather the simplicity of only water. Thank you for this innovative machine :)

AmazingWorks perfectly and the design looks amazing, matching to my other appliances with Breville (coffee machine, toaster, kettle,etc) however the included 1L bottle dont come with a bottle cap (which I don’t understand why) so needing to have the fusion cap attach to it all the time which is inconvenient.

Gorgeous, looks great in the kitchen, love it.I love the InFizz Fusion, it is sleek, attractive and easy to use. I used it today for the first time and sparkling water is perfect. I will be practicing fizzing up some different cold teas soon

Soooo Easy to use and great fizzI bought this about 5 weeks ago and boy am I glad I did. This is amazing and fab for making drinks greater including my odd glass or 2 of wine. My favourite is making fruit fizz I just love it.

You won’t be disappointedMy family and I love the infizz would Totally recommend. Our favourite is shot lemon and ginger with a slice of lemon perfect for these hot days.
