Easy to Use, Lightweight, & Easy to Store
I like that it's not chunky and clunky like the other brands or models of the same brand - I can choose not to assemble it, opting instead to hang my clothes on the hook behind my laundry room's door, then store the garment steamer in the cabinet under my laundry sink after use. It is easy to use, no complicated program or function. Less is better for a garment steamer as long as the steam power is strong, which it is. It is not heavy, so easy to move around which is really useful because I use it to steam/dry clean my sofa and curtains besides my clothes. The steamer head is also light, so it is not tiring to hold it up over a period of time to steam garment after garment.

Better then expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product defiantly blew my expectations out of the water, I have used it for a about a month on everything from delicate clothes to hard to iron clothes
Positives
Very small which is what you need for a smaller house
Easy to use even I who struggles with the iron at the best time of times was able to master this
Lightweight and easy to store, very easy to move around the house as needed to do sheets etc
Negatives
Can make certain items of clothes a little heavy and damp
Can get very hot
I would defiantly recommend this product to friends

pretty good product, I like it better than normal irons - the only thing is thick clothing (jeans) wont be left as crisp, that's all, it irons everything else really!

Good but....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box arrived and I was surprised at how light it was. Initial set up was easy though I'm not a fan of the instructions which were laid out in an incoherent folded sheet, the kind which is impossible to fold back up once you've deciphered it. What is wrong with a booklet? And why not have languages separated rather than mashing all the different languages next to each diagram?
Set up took about 5 mins which is good but there is no clear explanation as to what the purpose of the brush attachment on the steam head is. I will need to Google it at some point.
The entire steamer is light, like the box and could do with a bit more weight behind it and a longer cord. This was a particularly pain point for me as it was not the easiest to position with the limited cord length. But we digress. On to using it!
It has a good sized water tank which was very to fill at the sink and return to the steamer. Filtered water seems to be preferable so I used my Brita jug. And off we went. Again the poor instructions made unclear how high to turn up the steam dial, located on the base, but I assume it's similar to an iron. Crank up for cotton, less so for delicate items. Once you turn up the dial, wait a bit and steam starts pouring out the head. There is no way to control this outpouring and a release button would have been a good add.
Steaming a shirt effectively took mere minutes which was impressive but again the shirt cord meant the steamer was pressed up again cabinetry, making it it awkward to manoeuvre around to get both sides.
Overall I was happy with how quickly and well it got the wrinkles out of my shirt.
In a nutshell the steamer is easy to use, handy, light and compact but I worry how sturdy it is, it could do with a longer cord, a flow control on the head and far better instructions!

Bye bye iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at the size of this steamer once unpacked and out of the box as it seemed to be so light when it arrived.
I had a few issues setting up as the instructions weren’t overly clear. I’m still unsure if I’ve attached the “mat” to the stand properly but it worked well so no biggie!
I also had trouble understanding how to fill the tank as the instructions seemed to show as if the top should flip open to fill but it felt as if that would break and I wasn’t prepared to force it so I unscrewed the cap and filled that way - again still unsure if that was right!
Once I got going though it was full steam ahead .. haha. I chose a middle steam setting and gave a pleated skirt that I don’t often wear due to the difficulty of ironing a good going over. So easy!
I also took the creases out of a linen pillowcase (bam!) and gave one of hubby’s tshirts (those never see the iron) some love!
Once going I had little trouble but think I’d refine my technique given a few more uses.
I did find that the tank leaked a little when removing but will look into this further. Might see if I can likewise find clearer instructions. All up though very happy to welcome this into my household

Convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this amazing Garment Steamer just about every single day for a couple of weeks ironing my work clothes as well as the kids school uniforms and so far I just love it!
I was initially expecting the box to be a lot heavier than it was, so I am impressed by how light weight this product it, even with the steamer filled with water. It makes it easily portable and little to no effort to put away.
The product came well packaged with instructions included which I only just glanced at and figured out most of it just by looking at the end picture. So if you're worried, don't be, this is an easy one to put together in just a few minutes!
After filling up the back water container and turning it on after plugging it in at the wall, it only took a few minutes for the steamer to fully heat up on the highest setting and I could see it steaming out my wrinkles very quickly. It worked on all sorts of different fabrics including pleated skirts, foiled t-shirts and cotton dresses.
The stand although light, is very sturdy and stands up firmly even with a bit of wright thrown on it from various types of clothing.
I love the simplistic yet practical design and the gorgeous rose gold accent colour on the machine.
Highly recommend giving this a go! It has saved me so much in ironing time!

Quick & Simple Solution to Ironing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the Philips Easy Touch Stand Steamer for a few weeks now. It is a great product for a quick de-creasing solution. I’ve tested the steamer on a few different garments now and overall it does the job it needs to. Once switched on, the machine heats up in no time at all.
The instructions could definitely be clearer as per what settings to use for different fabrics etc. and how to use the brush attachment I am not sure! The tank is easy to remove from the base and fill with water.
Cotton items have been my most successful although some garments were left a little damp after using. Not a huge deal if you aren’t putting it on and walking out the door straight away however!
I wish the backing board was sturdier and I did have an issue where it was leaving creases on the garment if I pressed against the board too hard in certain areas, but another quick run over with the wand fixed these creases easily.
The whole set up packs away well and is quick and easy to put back together when needed.
The Stand Steamer wasn’t quite up to the job of de-creasing a heavy table runner I have, but it still made it look better than it had started out.
Overall, this product was a pleasure to use and does the job it needs to on most of my garments. It’s a good valued product for what it does and much easier to use and set up than a normal iron.
