Unreliable qualityThe machine was great and easy to use. Unfortunately, it broke after three days by showing an alert icon and cannot be opened again. Dyson needs to work on their quality control. I later found lots of negative review about this product line and other Dyson products recent years. But I appreciate the quick response from Harvey Norman with a smooth the return and refund process.

Do the filters need replacing or are they cleanable?

Great question Lloyd. We do have our Change of Mind policy which does have some requirements. We may also be able to accept a return if the unit is deemed faulty, but would to be assessed before confirming. The filters do need to be replaced, and are a consumable which can be ordered through our stores or Dyson directly. Hope this helps clarify.
