My cooking has never tasted so good!
So glad I bought this new model! I almost bought the older model on its reviews - but when I saw this new model had just been released exclusively to HN, it was a no brainer.
I live a caravan with very limited space and this small oven takes up half of my bench space. It is light enough to moved it around if necessary, so its-not a big deal.
I love:

*easy controls
*downloadable recipes
I have cooked bacon & eggs, steak, chicken, veges and just cooked the most lovely tasking Tasmanian salmon (on a combined steam bake/grill dual function).

Best Appliance to add to your Kitchen.
I always said if only they had one Appliance that did everything, well we are nearly three. Love this Appliance, it is great for the 2 of us or to do a large roast with Vegetables. I do a great variety of cooking and so far, the Gourmet Pro Multifunctional Combi Oven has not let me down.

This oven is legitimately ridiculous.
We've been without a proper oven for a few years - minus the one in the wood stove which is obviously not in use at this time of year. We upgraded our batteries and whole solar setup recently and decided it was time to see what was available. We didn't know what we were looking for, just that we've used a fancy solar cooker for the last couple off summers that kind of roasts and steams at the same time, that was our benchmark.
When we came across the Gourmet Pro we knew it was what we were looking form. My husband's a great cook to start with. This oven has taken his great cooking and amplified it to perfection. It really is a different dining experience altogether, and it does it while being incredibly fast.
That said, for anyone on a small off-grid setup looking at one of these, be aware that while they're rated at about 1800W I've watched it pull closer to 2000W.

Overpriced for the results
Regretting this purchase, as although there are many wizz bang functions, it runs too hot so requires time and/temp changes to prevent burning the food. Wishing I had bought the Air Express model, as although from seeing a presentation I think it too runs hot, it is $200 cheaper, so not as much money wasted. Have gone back to mostly using my previous Airfryer.
