Poor quality
Either I am very unlucky, or this product has very, very bad quality. I got mine at the end of January as a birthday gift. After two or 3 times of using it it was clear that the touch bottoms do not work all the time. So I had it exchanged for a new one. 1 month after that, the coating on the try came off. I had only washed it in a dishwasher and it supposes to be dishwasher safe. It has not even been one month since I got the replacement tray and again the surface coating has come off. Today I am going to try and return it and maybe buy a different brand. I did not really wanted to do that as the food turns out greate.

Does the job with small frustrations
The only reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is that we had a Phillips before that allowed you to pause the cooking process to add additional food items / check on the food without having to re-start /re-program the cook settings… other than that, it is very quiet, easy to clean and does the job at a very reasonable price!

Love this thing man its so awesome I've been googling things to air fry everyday lol.
Did my first roast chicken it was crispy on yne outside and hella juicy on the inside that was 45mins turn over after 20mins then did roast potatoes 2mins later youd swear I brought them from the roast shop

Good value but some issues
Great air fryer with large capacity. Supplied manuals are poor. Non stick coating on fryer tray started to flake off after only 1 week. NutriBullet were good at instant replacement and genuinely interested in batch # to track down any production issues.

NutriBullet XXL Digital 7L Air Fryer - Black
this air fryer is very simple to operate or operator friendly would be another description. It works efficiently and so far, it hasn't burnt any of the food that it has cooked. It has an easy to hear beep to let you know it has finished with your food and would like it removed. Cleaning the air fryer is a very simple task also. It has a sister air fryer that basically had cosmetic surgery with rose gold handle which would also look lovely sitting on your bench. Price wise for this NutriBullet XXL Digital 7L Air Fryer - Black is affordable, didn't break the bank. My favorite to cook in this delightful air fryer is cheese on toast, I can comfortably get 2 slices of bread in and in 7mins it lets me know it's read to devour. My last air fryer (RIP) only took one so this it definitely an upgrade.

I am truly happy with this product. It took few days more than promised but dint have to wait for a long time. The machine is Super silent. It's not an issue. But my only problem was when I was cooking chicken the selected menu said 20 mins but few pieces were not fully cooked and that too only way inside. But this is not at all a deal breaker coz just put few mins extra and you will get perfectly cooked food.this was my case and I am pretty sure like I said. it's not a deal breaker.

Buy this Airfryer ! Fast, convenient ease of use.
After doing numerous research on Airfryers.
I had finally commit and bought this one.
This Airfryer is the best purchase I’ve made this year. Three weeks in and it’s simply the best.
Basket size is massive - can fit a paper towel roll sideways so a chicken will be no problem. Easy to clean and simple to use. Thinking of buying one for the Inlaws for Christmas
Tip would be to clean it properly with lots of soapy water before you use to get rid of that new machine smell.
