Great airfryer for large family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This airfryer does exactly what you would like it to. Cooking food quickly, with easy instructions. The size is great - prefect for our growing family of four. We could Very easily add a few extra portions in if we needed to. Very easy to clean, with no fiddly hard to reach pieces. It connects to an app, but personally I think this is a bit gimmicky. Although it does have a number of preset recipes with cooking times and temperatures already loaded.
The touch screen buttons could be more responsive, but you quickly get used to how best to touch them.

Forward-thinking Philips makes meal times so much
As someone who is totally blind, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find an accessible AirFryer sporting time and temperature dials. The Philips 5000 Series XXL Connected Air Fryer however takes away all the guess work. Not only does it have easily identifiable up/down temp/time controls, but best of all, its integration with smart home technology such as Alexa, means you can literally instruct the Airfryer how long to cook, and at what temperature, all by using your voice. Absolutely brilliant, and the best kitchen gadget I've gotten in a good while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first things first it is so easy to use! You can control this by your phone and monitor the progress of your meal. You simply open the tray fill it up select the option of the food your cooking and it sets the temperature and time by itself no oil, nothing and it beeps to let you know its done or notifies you by the app if you choose to. I mean this has made life so simple as a full time working mum .The food comes out with a lovely crispy texture and i look forward to making more delicious meals! This has many different cooking functions such as fry, bake, grill, roast, dehydrate, toast, defrost and reheat! You can also find recipes through the NutriU app and it can be compatible with Amazon Alexa

Best airfryer I ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best airfryer I ever had. I had 3 different brands and sizes before but this Philips one is just amazing. Comes with instructions to download the app and from the app you can choose recipes and turn on and off the airfryer also to check how many minutes are left. Also you receives notification when you need to shake the basket. Makes your life and cooking so easy. The basket is huge - we cook meals for 3 people and even sometimes we have leftovers. Our favourite dishes we tried in this airfryer are: chicken with vegetables, boiled eggs, chicken legs, chips, French fries, cupcakes. My daughter loves homemade chips in airfryer - so crispy and delicious. The cleaning is very easy with little soapy water max 1 min and it's like new. Doesn't stick at all..amazing quality. I cannot recommend it enough. Love it. This is my best friend in the kitchen.

Fantastic air fryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I love the look of the air fryer, although it’s an XXL it really isn’t that big and sits on my kitchen side with plenty of room infront of it.
We did download the app and run the airfryer from the app! But you can also programme the air fryer manually with the buttons.
I love the design of the basket. It’s quite heavy but the handle enables you to clip off the outer part of the basket with just one hand. So it’s much lighter and easier to lift and hold.
I’ve cooked chips and meat in it so far effortlessly. Cooked perfectly and so quickly.

There is the Philips app that you can download and link to the air fryer as well as find delicious easy meals and snacks which I definitely found helpful in trying different things for the family. The functions are great and super helpful. It also fits nicely in my absolutely minute kitchen! I've just made the kale chips from the app and they're divine.
