Sunbeam Shade Select Vertical Waffle MakerThis does exactly as advertised. It’s simple to use (but AVOID THE TOP FUNNEL - if you’re rushing like I was first time you’ll cop a burn). My children say these are my best ever waffles (sigh - and to think I used to slave over the tiny animal shaped version before this, making 18 rounds) I love that it’s fast, it makes three or four to a batch and I can change temp for the kid who likes them crunchy and keep it in the middle for the rest of us normal folk. Takes up very little room in the cupboard and came with a recipe book. Also works really well with custom batters (I do a Keto paleo version that come out great) Highly recommend!

Perfect waffles!Absolutely love my new waffle maker! The vertical design makes it very easy to use, it includes a measuring cup that is the exact measurement for one waffle, ensuring that you get a full fluffy waffle every time. The dial has five different shade and texture options from light and fluffy to dark and crispy which is perfect as I love fluffy waffles and my fiancé prefers them crisp. Another feature I found really impressive is the LCD screen, it tells you once it’s heated up and starts a cooking countdown once the mixture has been poured, cooking every waffle to perfection! Being on a plant-based diet I was very excited to see that the booklet also included gluten free and vegan recipe options.

Wow what a fabulous waffle maker!I am so impressed by the vertical design on this amazing machine. I am not the worlds best cook so you should have seen hubby smile ear to ear when I presented him with a plate filled with perfect fluffy waffles. There is a digital screen that lets you know when it is it time to pour the batter and you also can turn a dial to select how you would like your waffles cooked. They take next to no time to cook and best part is clean up is so easy thanks to the shape of it. We have also tired a savoury recipe that was in the provided book and they turned out absolutely deliciously.

COULD WAFFLE ON FOR AGES ABOUT THIS!Was never really a waffle person... until now... we simply love it and it's so easy to use and super easy to clean. Definitely going to buy a couple for Christmas gifts this year for family.

Unbelievably good!I bought this for my daughter for Christmas last week. I looked at heaps of machines. I couldn't work out how the upright machine worked so was hesitant...BUT all the reviews were amazing so I took the leap and SO GLAD I did! The BEST gift ever... amazing waffles on Christmas morning and already shaping up to be the most used appliance behind our Thermomix! LOVE IT. The upright design means not having to spread out the batter mix by hand, gravity takes care of this! The measuring cup included ensures the right amount of batter every time. The waffles are unbelievably good. Even better than a Cafe because you can choose exaxtly how you want them from fluffy to more crisp. The inbuilt timber takes the guess work out. It counts down & beeps which means perfect waffles are ready! Well work the price.

Get ready to impress all your friends!What a great addition to my kitchen! Not only it looks chic and beautiful in the kitchen, it makes the most amazing waffles! So easy to use and no mess. I wasn't sure how it would work as I never used a vertical waffle maker before but it makes the yumminess waffles and beautifully presented every single time. I was so excited when i opened my very one to see a perfect waffle! Make sure you use the sunbeam recipes for the waffle mix it self. I tried with other recipes and it's not as good. Im going to try the gluten free one for my mother in law next time. That would be such a treat for her. The machine doesn't take up much space on the bench. I just keep there all the time as it looks beautiful next other other black collection appliances.

Great waffle makerI bought this waffle maker for my son for Christmas and he loves it. The waffles don't stick as long as you season it with oil before using it for the first time as per the instructions. It is easy to use and mess free, just choose your desired setting, pour in the mixture and it lets you know when your perfectly cooked waffles are ready. The measuring cup ensures the right amount of batter. The vertical design is great for storage and not taking up too much bench space. My son's go to hack is to use supermarket pancake mix for a quick waffle fix. Another great product from Sunbeam.

Waffles & More Waffles!!I bought this nearly 2 weeks ago whilst browsing. Looked nice and sleek for kitchen bench top too. Well I made a batch of my first ever waffles and I was like wowzers!! One batch wasn’t enough, so round two made a double batch. Had some for visitors that day and arvo tea the following day. Everyone was delighted and were impressed. Showed it off to my daughter also and she’s now got her eye on one too!! One of the best kitchen appliances I’ve bought in a long time. Oh, and it goes really well with the Ninja Creami topping your waffles with home made ice cream or frozen yogurt :))
