Rust coming on frame
I Bought this on last December but when I use witching three month tiny rust mark starts to appear on out steel frame. I took to store but sale person was said may be my fault to come rust because too much moisture. Microwave use of heat the food and of course it’s moist and they can’t do any thing. Even It is under warranty. Do not buy this product.

Does it’s job
So far so good, does what it says on the box. Looks good, love the black interior. Only downside is that you have to choose your power level every single time before you can put the time in. Would be better to have it default to high and only change it when you want it lower.

Broke after 6 months
I have had a succession of Panasonic microwaves but hesitated buying this one as the prior one lasted less than 2 years. I should have gone with my gut feel and chosen a different brand as this one has broken after 6 months. Annoyingly the unit has to be sent to a repairer rather than being replaced so I am now without a microwave. Panasonic Australia did not respond particularly well to my complaint/feedback (email and phone call), so having now had 4 Panasonic microwaves in 4 years there will not be a 5th. The unit may well be feature rich but what’s the point if it is in the repairer.

Panasonic 32L Inverter Microwave
This Panasonic Microwave is very easy to use the instructions are simple and easy to understand, it has a easy clean surface so it is a breeze to keep clean inside and out. it is also very quiet when operating compared to older modals and other brands It has many functions that will make your cooking time much faster as the1100W Inverter Sensor is really quite smart at working out your food you are using with it overall you will enjoy this Panasonic whether you are cooking or reheating.

Does not last the distance
Purchased at the beginning of covid to replace a very old microwave. With in a few months started to get what looked like “rust” marks went back to place of purchase was told there just tea stains and your using the wrong chemicals. Noticed 2 months ago in the interior has started to deteriorate. Coating on the inside is falling off underneath the plate where the wheels sit. Never had a microwave do this. We don’t use “harsh” chemicals. Cleaned if there’s any spills/over flow straight away

Similar to old model. Less Buttons on front so not as easy to use. The menue buttons have a number not a product name like the old model. So if you want to cook rice you have to open the door and look at the sticker on the in side to see which button number is for rice.
Also if you want to heat or melt something quickly you now have to push power button then time and start.
Also rattles s bit when the glass table is turning. Not all the time but annoying when it does

Works as advertised heating food evenly so far. The silver finish does show fingerprints but is also easy to clean with KOH or a microfibre. This microwave is quieter than our last one. As it is quite light, it sometimes will move when pressing the open-door button, but easy enough to reposition.
