Exceeded my expectations
Even though the reviews I read indicated this cleaner would be good, I really didn't expect it to be as good as it is! It's transformed my 30-year-old sofa and made it look like new, and done a similarly great job on the patch of carpet and shaggy-style rug that I tried it out on. It's quite easy to fill and to use - although it is noisy, so some ear protection is a good idea. But it does a great job of removing dirt and stains and sucking up the water. The power cord is nice and long, and there are plenty of attachments, and a couple of bottles of cleaner (full-sized, not mean little samples).

Brilliant Bissell!!
This is the best thing I have bought since having kids. My 4 year old vomited all over our carpet and I could not get the smell out. The Bissell did the job in about 10 minutes. Have used a friend's smaller Bissell but this one has greater suction power and I am happy we went with this one!

Powerful little machine
Amazing poweful little machine but Its a shame bissell won't improve the hoses with stronger materials as I have had to return after 2yrs because the hose has split I know 2 other people that have had the same issue with the orange spot cleaner hoses.
