Very happy with this vacuum
So far so very good! We purchased this vacuum cleaner to replace a basic Dyson that never worked well, lacking power and for which we paid the same price as this one. We used the Dyson to mainly vacuum the balcony and the car. This LG is much much better, about the same power as our Samsung that is very good. We now use both around our apartment. It looks also to be a much better quality than the Dyson.

Don't recommend - terrible on carpet
Have had this for a while and keep hoping, each time I use it, that somehow it'll work better than the last time. It never does. My bedroom is carpeted and this vacuum is hopeless at picking up any fluff or dirt on the floor. I'll run it along a dusty windowsill and it won't pick anything up. Every time I use it, I run through all the things that could be wrong with it - it's full, the battery's low, the tube is clogged, the spinning cylinder part at the bottom is stuck - and I go through a fix any of these. And it still doesn't work. It has super weak vacuum power, the battery dies so fast, and it constantly gets clogged. I don't understand how so few other people have had this problem - maybe they're using it on hard floors.

We have had this Stick vacuum now for about 3 weeks. This is the first we have ever owned. With a lot of testing brands in store, we settled on this one beating it's contender by one thing. It is light, easy to use and the ease to empty out the dust compartment, which beat all other brands we tested. It cleans just as well as our barrel vacuum cleaner. I have not yet found any real fault with this vacuum. It does struggle however, on lower setting to clean up dirt on wooden and tile floors, however on high setting does better. We have a small 3 bedroom house and i have found by doing the carpets first on the lower settings, there is more than enough battery power to do the wooden and tile floors on highest setting. I am also impressed by how quickly it recharges. We use a solar powered battery 300W power station and charges the battery within a couple of hours, not 4 hours according to manual. It is also quiet to use.
Very happy with the purchase we made. At this point i can recommend this product.

I primarily decided to buy this LG A9 as it had the best feeling build quality when compared to competing vacuums. I’ve found it very easy to use with simple washable filters and it picks up an impressive amount of dust/hair without even needing to use its turbo mode.

Great value vacuum
Lightweight, powerful, silent, easy to clean and a beautiful design. I've had 2 dysons in the past and wanted something different as their motors let me down. I've being using the LG for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints just yet, very happy with the purchase.
