I have a very sensitive nose and I can't say enough good about this product. I had tried to cover smell with Febreeze- was total nightmare as it made the furniture smell like dog and Febreeze mixed. I was ready to call ZeroRez but tried this product using my 5 year old Bisselle carpet cleaner - handheld- and it worked! I sprayed solution on with spray bottle and vacuumed it up with the Bisselle suction/brush attachment. Let the cushions sit out in the sun/wind for 3 hours - the house and furniture smells new. Dogs are now off the furniture! Excellent product delivers as advertised.

This product does the cleaning job right.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean my area rugs from all the dirt and pet hair. This product does a good job cleaning the rugs. I added a bissell oxy clean to give this formula a boost and it did help with the cleaning. It also makes the fiber of the rugs softer after they are dried.

It works!
I have been using the bissell carpet shampooer for pets for around 4-5 years now and it's so easy to use! Put together with the odour and pet stain remover and it performs magic! Could not be without it....

Carpet looked great right when I got done cleaning but as...
I used this 2X Pet Stain & Odor Upright Carpet Cleaning and my Bissell. Carpet looked great right when I got done cleaning but as it dried, brown spots and brown shading showed up on my cream/beige carpet. I even rinsed carpet after cleaning and then kept going over carpet to pull as much water out as I could. Disappointed, my carpets look terrible.

Initial application was above satisfactory.

Great cleaner
Prior to the Bissell Pro Heat that I have know I had a Hoover carpet cleaner that does not even come close to the Bissell Before our daughter got married we had 4 dogs 3 were our daughters (1) of the 3 did not like going outside so I had to check around the house looking for the different spots he would leave his business I would get the Hoover & try to clean right away when done after drying you could still see a spot. Since I got the Bissell & we have 2 dogs 1 is still a puppy 5months old German Shepherd we got him at 2months old after 2weeks he was housebroken prior to being housebroken when he would do his business I would get the Bissell & clean up after drying you couldn't tell where it was

Highly Recommend for Pets
I've tried the standard shampoo but the Pet Stain & Odour is excellent to refresh your carpets if you have dogs that live inside. The smell is not overpowering but one of cleanliness. As I use this regularly my house never has that "doggy smell".

Entire upstairs smells like cat urine
I used this product in my steam cleaner and did all of the bedrooms and hallway upstairs. At first I thought it smelled fresh and clean with a citrus scent. By this morning with our high humidity it smells more like cat urine. While it did a nice job of cleaning the carpet, the scent is horrific after 24 hrs and the carpet has dried.
