Great suction
Bought this as a second (well, third...) vacuum as our 2 cordless Dyson were broken.. once again. Fantastic value and does a great job. A little hard to manoeuvre as it tips over a bit and I wish the cord was longer but what a great little vacuum!

Good sucky motor and attachments
The service from HN was pretty bad with click and collect. They should have called to let me know when it would arrive. I called them. Collecting the item was straightforward.
Having used Electrolux as a child I had reasonable expectations. I bought it because it was bagless and the collector bin was roughly 1L bigger than other vacuums. At first, it was a standard VC. Heavy and clunky, but I have hand/ wrist issues. Then I pulled the cord and it seems 0.5m longer, it's quieter, suction is good and can be turned up and down, and it's easy to manoeuvre. There are two attachments - 1 for small spaces that need vacuuming, another rectangular piece that fits in sideways and a brush that turns sideways. That's where I fell in love! I LOVE a spotless car and this is the first time I've achieved it because of the attachments! The only fail is not being able to store them in the VC console.

Love our new vacuum. Highly recommoned. We had a dyson before this which I deeply loved but very impressed here. Has a very strong suction, reasonably long cord and easy to clean.

Good suction for picking up cat fur.
A great vacuum cleaner for my long haired ginger cat’s fur which ends up all over the carpet. It’s the first bagless we’ve owned but still has strong suction and I like the lever on the head which makes it easy to go from hard floors to carpet. The hose is shorter than our old nikfisk so the cleaner stays fairly close to you - just have to adapt.

It was a lot cheaper than the other vacuums so I wasn’t expecting too much, but it works just as well as a Dyson! It’s not cumbersome to pull around. I absolutely love it and I’m so glad I purchased it!
