Mounting PlateI brought a month ago I am unsure but the mounting plate shown on this compared to what is in the box are totally different. it confused me cause all the mounting plates you see online are also different to the one that has come in the box (it still can be mounted) however if you are eave mounting you cannot use the mountain plate that comes in the box you have to buy the eave mount and also another mounting plate which I had to do

Excellent cameraEasy to install and excellent video quality. The facial recognition feature is a nice touch and Is free unlike with other camera brands. You can also tell it to ignore animals and cars (as we live right next to a busy road) and adjust the flood light brightness. A bit more expensive that other cameras but worth the extra $$

Well designedGreat product and have excellent flood light and notifications.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
