It was easy to install as we hardwired it into our existing doorbell setup. It was easy to set up my account and I especially appreciate the features. I love being able to answer the door and screen visitors. I especially appreciate being able to access archive footage so that in the event of an incident with a neighborhood dog or vandalism, we have the footage available. I highly recommend this to anyone on the fence about purchasing a video doorbell. You can't beat the security and convenience.

It has a two way talk, so you can see, hear, and speak to people from your phone. It's amazing! I wish I had gotten one sooner! It is so convenient and comforting knowing I can watch my house, even when I'm not home. It is particularly great, because I get a lot of packages delivered to my door when I'm not home. The ring video doorbell keeps an eye on them, until I get home to bring them in. It is very easy to install and I highly recommend. Monitor what matters most with infrared technology—even when it’s dark

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy and simple to install. Great vision quality. And the night vision is absolutely amazing. The features alone on this version are worth every penny. As an added plus I can request a different color bottom faceplate. It is slightly larger than the others but not in a bulky way. I also love that I can communicate with Alexa (for an added fee). Battery life is pretty good too. The best feature of all is the clear and sharp picture quality. That is the best and clearly the most important. After all that's why you have or get a Ring camera. At the end of the day it gives you peace of mind that is priceless.

I can look and see who is at the door before I get up to see. There is a slight delay in the video feed, but nothing too bad. The motion notification is great too. That way I know a package was delivered even when they don’t ring the bell. My son thinks it is hilarious to talk to me from the front door. We couldn’t wire it because our current doorbell was in a place that was too narrow to fit the Ring, and we didn’t want to have to move the wiring. It was easy to charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changer for my home [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been a game changer for us. 1) Getting packages - now, when delivery people come to the front door , I can communicate with them as if I were at the front door. 2) Video clips of all motion events - it's great getting little video clips of anyone who is at the front door. It keeps me from having to guess who was ringing my doorbell when I can't get to the front door. 3) Easy to install - since we have a peephole in our front door, this doorbell was super easy to install. Better yet, since it's battery powered, no need for any wires or drilling holes anywhere. LOVE this product and highly recommend!

I think it’s the easiest-to-use and most reasonably-priced home security system out there. You get good-quality video and can set up alerts for any movement etc. The great thing in my opinion, though, is that it doesn’t have to be hardwired. Although it can be hardwired, you don’t have to hire an electrician to do that because it can be used with just battery power. You can move it, try different angles, see where it’s best for you (and that may not always be where a traditional doorbell would be). I have one on my front door and one looking at my back door from another wall. Great for my peace of mind!

It was a breeze to install, just make sure you scan the back before you attach to the house. Whatever you do use the small screws, as they remind you a hundred times. I love that my phone rings when someone rings the bell, I can talk to them through my phone and I also get alerts for motion. I do however recommend adjusting the motion as it can be sensitive to even the wind blowing the plant leaves. You can also see other neighbors videos that they share and crime alerts in your area. I am not kidding, if you have been on the fence about getting one, do it now!

The directions were easy to follow and I quickly had the app on my phone and the Ring connected to it and my wifi. Installing it didn't even take 5 minutes since it just involved five screws. Charging the battery took a while, which was expected. The videos are very clear, especially at night. I did adjust the detection range because I was being alerted to every car driving by and we live on a semi busy street. The doorbell sound outside is loud enough to be heard in the house and the alerts to my phone are very quick. The sound quality is great and people outside can be heard perfectly. Overall great product, I wish I had installed one sooner!
