Great product[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is one of the best security cameras I have used. I have Blink, Ring and Furbo. The pan, tilt and zoom options are awesome. The picture quality is perfect. This is super easy to use. The videos are saved on an SD card (not included). The two-way talk function works great and is handy for checking in on your pets and messing with your kids. And the super loud alarm will really drive your kids crazy if you so desire. Or it could scare away an intruder. It definitely makes me feel safer especially with kids at home. Pretty much this a great camera and it’s at the top of my suggestions when I’m asked about security cameras.

It is pan and tilt so you can go up and down and side to side.You can remotely control what you see. You can change the camera view with your phone.it has 110 degree viewing angle to help reduce blind spots.It has free cloud and local recording. You can playback video clips.It has two way talk back through the audio app so it lets you check in on people pets and intruders.You connect to wi-fi and power.you can set push notifications to be alerted to activity. overall this is a really really good security camera to have!!!

Safe and secure[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swann camera is awesome. Setup is simple and fast as well as pain free, you simply download the app sign up, plug the camera in, and sync up then your all set. Through the app you can adjust just about anything to your needs video quality, duration, notifications, sensitivity, you can even setup the camera to pick up sound even if there isn't any movement. You can also watch live feed as well as move the camera up down and left to right to see what's there. You get the camera, power cord,a bunch of stickers in multiple languages, and mounting hardware. All in all I feel this is a great device

Poorest quality picture & jerky controlsI bought 2 cameras yesterday to replace my old Swann pan/tilt cameras as I was experiencing difficulty with the P/T control function. Luckily, I didn’t take down the old models, nor delete the app as I’ll be returning these today for a full discount.
The primary reason is the picture quality, which, even on the highest setting is grainy and unclear. (Yes - I did take the plastic shipping cover off the lens). And to make matters worse the control functionality is jerky and very slow to respond, even although my internet speed is very fast (95/40)
I found it almost impossible to set the camera up with the field of view I was trying to achieve even on my iPad so can’t imagine how much more difficult it would be on my phone.
I would have given this product zero stars if it was possible.

Swann is the best.I have purchased two 8 wired CB camera systems, 4 solar outdoor cameras, 6 water leak wifi sensors and 4 indoor pan and tilt cameras. I am a pleased customer in regards to the support, monitoring audio, video and live viewing. I enjoy having the outdoor cameras set to have their spotlights come on 24/7 when someone visits. I also enjoy turning on each siren to deter unwanted strangers who visit thr property. The quality of the products is excellent. I recommend Swann to everyone. I researched other distributors and feel that I made a great choice for quality and service.

Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!I bought this a month ago and found to be a useless crap.The pan tilt keeps rotating even if you stop. On an iphone the the pan tilt arrows all will get covered with your thumb.You can't see wht you are doing

Very easy set up[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this camera a couple days ago. I finally got around to setting it up today, if I had know how easy it would be I would have set it up as soon as I got it. Once it was set up I had so much fun playing around with it that I forgot I actually got it for a purpose. I set this up facing into my yard because we have some critter that comes and rips up my plants. The picture quality is very good and I am excited to see what animals show up tonight. Very happy with this security camera

Useless, constantly goes offline.I've had this product about 3 months and constant problems. Regularly goes offline so have had to delete and add again. Unable to connect to my phone multiple occasions. Last went offline 4 days ago and despite reinstalling the device & starting from scratch will not connect. Tech support unable to assist. Absolutely useless and paid a hefty price for what is now just a dust collector.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
