Very disappointed
I bought this 4 days ago. Sadly I had issues. It was missing bolts when it arrived and had chips on the welds so it was exposed to the weather. They gave me a further $50 discount which was fine to cover their parts I bought to rectify the chips and the bolts. When I went to season it both thermostats did not work and then all the paint started to bubble up revealing bare metal I spoke directly to Oklahoma Joe and they stated to me that the paint was only rated to a max of 350f which is only 175celcius. 175 Celcius is a ridiculous rating for paint when your cooking with charcoal and wood. The thermostat had a rating of 450f I believe. So why was the paint rated so low???? I was offered a $50 dollar discount on the product to buy it back even though I spent 4 hours labour putting it together an bringing it back whilst I spent near $80 to fix the missing bolts special paint to fix the chips
