Description

The Tellus 4 Burner BBQ is the next level in large-scale catering barbecues. The Tellus has 4 x powerful 14.3MJ/hr stainless steel burners heating a total cooking area of 840x510mm hotplate made of 5mm thick, pre-seasoned steel.

Clean up is easy with the internal fat management system. The heavy-duty drop-down side shelves with a distinctive diamond textured finish, increase your serving area.

Hello! How does the fat drain from the cooking surface? The fat collection tray seems to be in the middle at the back, but the flat top seems to drain from the front corner?

Hi Tim, there is a small gutter at the front of the plate that has a hole at one end. You scrap the fat to the gutter and it will drain down the hole. Underneath the plate the body of the BBQ is like a funnel and the fat rolls down that into a collection tray that is easily removed for cleaning and disposing of the fat.
