I wish you would reply to me!
The cover is ok but its too small for my umbrella. I have tried contacting Harvey Normans to see if i can swap it or get a store credit etc, but have never heard back from them. However. I have had at least 5 requests to leave a review. So here it is - would i buy this product again, no, there are probably cheaper ones at the warehouse that would fit. Do i wish your customer online customer service was better, yes.

Umbrella Cover
Very good product although not quite long enough for our 4m umbrella - suspect its made to fit only a certain brand of umbrella. Had to add another 200mm piece of plastic to fully cover the umbrella.

Cover for outside umbrella
We visited the Mt Wellington Store to purchase a new cover for our outside brolly. We were told that we could only buy a cover if we bought another brolly, incredible but true, I went home and ordered online - the cover (minus the brolly) was delivered 2 days later. I don't think I will visit the Mt Wellington store again - this is either an outrageous case of upselling or severe lack of knowledge/training.
