Not what I expected
Recently purchased and must say not what I expected. It dries my hair fast yes, but it gets really hot near the nozzle and due to the size I Must have burnt my cheeks a few times for bringing it too close. The attachments also come off way to easy during use. Either I’m too rushed or this is not for me. It does lessen the frizz and does a quick job getting my hair dry but I am not happy and tbh I read all the reviews before buying this… not my cup of tea but may be for others. May gift this to my friend who is obsessed with this brand and get myself something else.

Great service, very friendly and genuine in wanting to make sure that I got the right product. Will definitely be making Harvey Norman my first choice when shopping for home items.

Light but powerful
I hate buying new hairdryers because you are never sure whether they are going to be powerful enough until you get home and try it. I have short and very straight hair so I need power to give my hair some body. This hairdryer does not disappoint, I love it, it's also much quieter than the average hairdryer and being so lightweight its perfect for all the travelling we will be doing in the next 12 months.

Disappointing in multiple ways
Controls are far too touch sensitive and right where you naturally want to hold it so you constantly bump the buttons and change the settings. It knots my hair badly, a problem I've never had with any other dryer, the magnetic attachments are far too easy to knock off and it gets too hot to put down on any heat sensitive surface. Would have returned it if I could.

Will it stand the test of time So far100% quailty
So far I’m very pleased with it. It’s light weight, in size for the power it gives out. Dries my hair faster. Easy to use and handle. Very quiet compared to all the many hairdryers I’ve bought over the years. I only hope, that as it’s rather more expensive than any I’ve bought, it lasts for a long time.
