Very slow to heat up
Bought it a few weeks ago. Takes about 40 mins to heat up. The effect is nice but the wait is a drain.

Beautiful Curls
I brought this a month ago after my old set of hot curls died. Let me tell you how glad I was they did. First I would recommend that you switch on the curls half and hour before use. This might seem inconvenient but once heated these curls only need 10 minutes and hairspray. I love these curls!

Convenient, easy to use.
I find myself using this curling device for times when I have to multitask and rush at the same time. Once the rollers are all applied, I can attend to my other things. However, the curls last only a short time for me. I am unsure if this is because I use conditioner each time I wash my hair, inhibiting the curls to stays longer. Another downside for me is the heating and preparation of the curling device itself. Waiting thirty minutes to get the machine working is long and slow if I am already rushing. Whenever this happened, I would reach for my traditional handheld hot curling iron. Otherwise, this device's ease of use and the result is excellent. A little room for improvement would benefit this hugely.

Very basic, doesnt seem to get hot enough
No retracting cord, disappointing. Very basic and doesnt seem to heat well enough and my curls fall out. Have only purchased Vidal Sassoon curlers so have a long history with their products, but unsure if I will continue with the brand.
