Easy to use
Easy to use, long cord cable, the remote was user friendly, not too many buttons which is great.
I was really impressed with how quickly it heats up on option 4. It took around 20 seconds to feel the heat working.
The fabric is great quality, thick but not heavy, I could sit and also lie down comfortably.
NOTE: The tummy belt, if you are of a smaller stature, the fit might not be as snug as expected, however it generously expands for larger family members to use.
When relaxing on the couch, instead of getting a blanket, I put the pad on like a vest it covers my shoulders and keeps me warm and toasty.

Helps with my shoulder pain
Never used an electric heating pad before and it totally exceed my expectation. Fabric is soft and comfortable, the heat is just nice, consistent, and well distributed across neck, shoulders and back.
Length of the back peice is perfect for me too. The strap has a plastic buckle which is very easy to use.
I work from home and sit in front a desk for long period of time, I had very bad shoulder pain - this has helped a lot while I focus on my work.
I guess the only thing is I'm 174, male, slim - it's not very tight when the strap is adjusted to the shortest length.

Helps with pain + keeps you warm!
I have had this shoulder & back heating pad for a couple of weeks now and used almost every day. My lower back and shoulders have had a little bit of pain from exercise and this has helped manage it. On those cold days I love having it on while working from home, no need for those little portable heaters anymore, I'd recommend to anyone who would usually grab a heat pack for pain relief or feeling a little chilly.

Easy relief
The Shoulders and Full Back Heating Pad offers comforting and convenient relief! It's so soft and cosy to touch, i love the fabric. It warms up so quickly and is so convenient when i'm working. I can have back pain while sitting in a chair and the heat helps warm my muscles, so I can tackle my work without pain stealing my focus. Major upgrade from those old heat bags that go cold in minutes.

Nice Product
I love the idea and the product! Both my husband and I experience shoulder and back pain and wearing this heating pad after a long day really helps to relax my body. I find that because of my small stature, it is a bit loose on me when I sit up while wearing it so my favorite position to relax in is lying down. It is warm and comfortable.

It is worth buying 2 separate ones. One for shoulders & one for back. It is a very effective product but the 2 in 1 together doesn't work as ( one size fit all). For a smaller body, the strap in the front is a bit loose. I would recommend this product but if you have a fuller body type.

This is so toastie!
I find I am constantly cold at work because of the aircon, so I was looking for something to help me stay warm at my desk. I find that temperature 1 and 2 to be honest is enough and totally does the job, I don't get stiff during the day, and i stay toastie and warm! I love it.

Great for neck pain
The heating pad is doing a great job at bringing relief to my neck. Working in an office I constantly experience neck and lower back pain and the pad really helps to soothe it. It also heats up very quickly and keeps a good temperature for long period of time. Love it!
