Hoping this one is better than last
Difficult to rate something you’ve only just started using; just hoping it lasts longer than last one (just over 2 years). Not sure why body of toothbrush is different colour to brush when they sell black heads? Why don’t all toothbrushes fit the same charger??? This is wasteful

Doesn't last very long!
This is my second and they don't last for very long! What happens is that the seal fails, even though I'm careful to minimize water getting in, and then water get's inside. This causes all sorts of problems with failure ultimately. If it's still got warranty, I couldn't be bothered by the hassle. The other main brand toothbrushes I've had in the past last much longer. I've also read many other reviews and this is a common problem. Philips really need to address this problem and improve the seals from a customer and environmental perspective.

Very short life
Did not need an expensive model and thought this would be fine but it has not lasted very long - cannot find when I registered the purchase and so have tried agin with a new model, the just but just updated.

Short life product
A great toothbrush while it is working. I am on my 4th version as none has lasted beyond 6 months. Philips after sales service has been very good and supplied the last 3 toothbrushes under extended warranty. Clearly there is a design fault as each brush I have had the spindle has come loose and then the brush stops working. How long will brush number 4 last - currently 2 months old and working fine.

So Disappointing
Purchased 25th Sept 2021, head mechanism loose and unusable less than two months later (15th November). We have had more than six Philips brushes over the last ten years. This was the most expensive and the worst yet for reliability. Returned for repair but it should have been replaced with new.

Great clean
Had this toothbrush for a month now, and at first i found that it took some getting used too, and my mouth would feel slightly numb after using it.
Now, what an inspired choice it was to get this. I have had electric brushes in the past and always felt that they missed tricky to reach areas, not now, my whole mouth feels fresh and clean, the teeth are looking brighter. I like the increasing intensity mode that gradually ramps up the power over a 2 week period, rather than just a low and high setting. Also the warning buzz if you are pressing to hard helps your gum health.
Do yourself a favour and get one of these.

Super-charged cleanliness
I bought this.sonic wonder ages ago and I gave it a good 8 hours charging time. I brush regularly and I still haven’t had to recharge it. This alone is such a hassle saver.
I have also seen the benefits on cleanliness and whiteness after the first 14 days super-cleaning setting and there has been a real improvement compared to my old brush.
Now I flick between the low and high settings depending on whether I’m brushing a problem area, or whether it’s sensitive or where there is a crown and I get a really excellent finish.
I highly recommend this product.

Excellent toothbrush
Love this toothbrush. Teeth feel super clean, one charge lasts two weeks and dental hygienist was very impressed with the state of my teeth at last cleaning.
