Beware of trade in offers
After a couple of months of use I enjoy using the phone, it has a solid quality feel. Just love the compactness.
Only complaint is the trade in process , this is the second time I have used the Samsung trade in but both times my trade in was rejected which makes me wonder how honest the process is. My Note 10 was rejected because it did not boot correctly which is strange as I was using the phone till the day after I got my Flip with no issues and I powered off my note 10 every night for 3 years with no boot issues in the morning.
I definitely would not use the trade in process again, and makes me think I may consider a different brand next time I upgrade the flip.

Dangerous settings

I drive and work nights. At exactly 11:58 pl every night my phone auto brightness turns off and it goes to 50% brightness. This makes it so I can't use my maps on the way home anymore. My phone ends up blinding me before I get home while I'm driving. This feature is the most annoyingly hazardous feature I've ever see yet. Every day when I get up I have to tu the toggle switch to "auto brightness" on . This is a simple fix, please utilize your IT team's amazing skills and fix the hazard before someone gets hurt!!!!

Great for everyday use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm someone who likes big screen but small phone since the smart phones are getting bigger, on the other hand if you get smaller phone they lack alot of features. Samsung Z flip 5 bridged that gap. It's one of those device which I was looking for the past decade. Something that has a bigger screen, perhaps two. All features that a pure flagship has, light and pocketable. Fitting in the pocket with a large and heavy smartphone is a challenge sometimes. Just a little more power efficiency or better battery life will be a plus other than that it's a 5 star.

All features are easy and simple. I have often struggled when trying to take screen shot. However, the Z 5 Flip phone is simple and easy to locate on your phone once taken. I highly recommend this phone for parents and those who struggle with technology.

Compact and powerful

The Flex Screen and battery life is the best improvement personally, as I am coming from a Flip 3. I am on the go at work and needed a phone that could fit in my pocket comfortably, but still could handle my constantly changing schedule, clear pictures and emails that I had to answer quickly. Best Phone Ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an elder and I have been a Samsung user for years. And this is by far the best phone for me. So compact, and so easy to use. It has great battery life, it takes beautiful pictures and videos and I love that you can use apps, answer calls ,text, make calls and watch videos without opening the phone. Genius! Looking for room in your bag? No problem. It fits in any bag. And there are cases out there that have a key chain ring so it can attach to a lanyard for more easy carrying. If your a cruiser like me this phone is perfect.

I've always have been a lover of the note series but the z Flip 5 caught my attention as I was looking for something more light and flexible. Well look no further. The outside cover can so everything at your fingertip. I love the way you can open the phone and have everything there and also love how easy it is to take photos from the flex screen. It's so easy to carry & easy to do split screen. You can video and take photos easy when folded or open to is full capacity. The slim foot makes it easy in your hands but still so stylish. I will definitely rate it a 10/10

Samsung has done it again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the Z Flip3 to the Z Flip5 has been such an amazing experience. The look and feel is different and also lighter. The larger Flex Window is amazing and I am able to see so much more. The camera open ups faster and images and videos are sharper too. The phone overall is so fast and I'm able to multi-task from gaming to web browsing without skipping a beat. I even enjoy the color options! The green is a crowd pleaser. The gap is no longer there so the phone closes completely! Such a big difference and brings less worry. Overall a really amazing phone and I'm definitely enjoying it!!
