Perfection at its best
App the speakers are very good and have high quality sound. I don't like the app as I can only get dobly atmos via the app. I wish the stands were also easily available! It's a shame for me cause they are so hood I think il get hooked on these Sonos speakers. Even trying to think what to buy next. Great design blends into my room perfectly. I wish I could get the stands for my era 300 someone at Sonos please bless me

No buyers remorse.
For many years I have made do with adequate speakers. I got the speaker home, knew it was filling the gap but not doing it as well as I wanted.I had Byers remorse. Not this time! The Sonos era 300 is the only thing I need. The design is rather lovely, the sound is gorgeous, it does everything I want and more and I have absolutely no remorse at shelling out the money I saved for buying art. A different kind of art!

I specifically bought the Era 300 speakers 'with stands' to replace my rear speakers (Sonos One) to add greater depth to compliment my existing ARC and Sub speakers. Initially, I had some teething problems with the app decoupling my old Sonos One from the cinema grouping. I had to delete the Sonos app from my phone and reinstall and everything worked as it should have. Sonos Ones relegated to the main bedroom and they are (excellent as a pair for their new role sleep music) and Era 300 to the cinema group. The stands were easy to assemble. I did it by myself in hastened eagerness. Someone to help would have been good given the weight of the Era 309. I finished the setup to ensure the placement of my new speakers was ok and finished off with retuning the speakers (Trueplay). In anticipation to see if my new investment was worth it, I then put on the 4K Top Gun Maverick movie. To say that I was blown away was an understatement! They are magnificent. The difference between the speakers. I would have to say there is no comparison 'per se' this is a new speaker with fuller, deeper, richer sound. The additional drivers within the speakers are excellent. The ability to have fully functional rear speakers that exemplify ATMOS 4K movies is a game changer. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and have gone on to watch other movies now. On the music front via the Sonos app I was pleasantly surprised with the Spacial sound to the point I sort out some of Jean-Michel Jarre new albums which really demonstrates the enrichment of music through all of the speakers "just amazing' All in all, definitely with the investment

I find it very easy to set up and get it all ready as well as pair them with other Sonos products we have. The sound quality is unbelievable, the best Sonos speaker to date! The updrivers on this speaker are spot on. The design is very risky from sonos but I myself love the design they have gone with! Looks very stylish and the fact you can use them as rear speaker for the beam/arc makes them all the better

Truly mesmerizing sound! Era 300 are an addition to Arc and Sub Gen3 (replacing 2 One SL satellites) and the result is stunning! Sonos has accomplished the next level audition quality! The ease of setting up the new additions to the existing system is commendable as well. Also, the 2 One SL are an excellent complement to the other smaller media room in our home (which includes Beam Gen2 and Sub Mini).

Love this new product. I'm a audio and video technician, I had the opportunity to set up 2 of these as surround speakers, along with an Arc and a sub.... Omg! Dolby atmos and 3D sound at its best!!! Amazing sound . Sonos definitely Best audio system ever !! Reliable, easy to set up , impressive audio quality, audio easy to control, multifunctional, accesible, high end product !!! Sonos ERA300 - Incredible sound an versatility
As someone with a high end Gryphon Avalon home system wanted a bedroom speaker with not only great sound but be able to play radio stations from abroad such as KOIT fm , Jazz Global etc as they have very few adds unlike Heart, Smooth who play so many adds which I hate. Will also add a mobile Sonos for the garden as the sound quality compared to others is incredible due to the quality drivers used.

The best smart speaker I've ever had
This speaker oozed quality straight out of the box. Was easy to set up and within minutes I was listening to my favourite playlist. The bass tones sound really good and practically no distortion even at full volume. My podcasts also sound really great. The speakers look great in any setting. The built in Alexa is an added bonus and Sonos voice control works well. This is an amazing piece of kit.

Great speakers
It sounded so good i bought a second and i just added the sub mini. I am extremely happy with the clarity depth and pretty much everything about this little setup. I use it across from my bed just for bluetooth music and it sounds pure. I also have the arc and big sub in same room for my tv. I find that sonos is a pure and clean sound that can easily be adjusted to your liking with simple app.

Does not Sound Great at first Listen
I wasn't too impressed with the Sonos ERA 300 at first because as I discovered that Atmos is a different way of enjoying music, and movies, and gaming, compared to traditional stereo listening. The ERA 300 needs the Sub gen 3 and Arc to fill out the room for that pleasing spatial sound. Even when all those things come together with Trueplay enabled, my EQ needed to be tweaked to my own preference, with sub volume adjusted to my preference, and the 300s experimented with for full or ambient sound setting for music, and TV surround volume adjusted, and height volume adjusted to my liking, speakers placed in desired positions, and music volume of surrounds adjusted to my desired needs. It all took a few days give or take before I could settle with a pleasing sound that I enjoyed with Atmos or non-Atmos music when I'm up and about or sitting, and for experiencing surround sound for movies and gaming.

Dolby atmos makes sense
I am impressed by sound quality ( Dolby atmos), but there are a couple of things I need to mention: 1. Assembly quality: not solid as my previous Sonos Move, trim is not fully laid on edges 2. Uses Apple Music through Sonos app is like it brings you back a few years: search is awful, not be surprised if error pops out when you click play first time, be also prepared to relaunch the app.

Buy two!
The Dolby Atmos on this is amazing when you can get it a real game changer. I would recommend three things. Buy a stereo pair, for both stereo and Dolby Atmos it's far superior with this setup. Adjust the ceiling height to high to really hear Atmos kick in. Buy an Ethernet adapter for the line in. Wireless was iffy especially when left to go into standby. All round a fantastic product.

I would bye this again, I have SL 1, move, sun, sound bar
Fantastic for movies, radio and my library, they look great , it's nice to have the opportunity to be able to have blue tooth on the move & era 300 it enhances our door events I am not sure at the moment you can hot spot them to your phone that would be great for camping and traveling There are a lot of speakers on the market so I am hoping these will last like the old fashion style

I love this speaker. It was very easy to set up, and the Sonos app is easy to use and can access spotify and Apple music in one app. Stunning sound quality. I used this mainly in my living room and always had exceptional sound. I love the design of the speaker as it is different to others I have seen. I am looking at getting other speakers for other rooms as I am really impressed.

Make sure you have excellent wifi
This is my first Sonos device, and I was close to returning it several times because it kept losing connection and playing dumb. It would then take hours of frustration re-discovering and re-entering network info. Eventually I found it didn't like sitting too close to my cellular signal repeater. Moving this away helped, but still did not solve all the issues until I moved one of my wifi mesh units into the same room. It's the only device of many that needs such wifi TLC. So make sure you've got excellent wifi coverage. Alexa integration is pretty poor - the Sonos Alexa skill enjoys a whopping 2.5 stars on Amazon's, and I can see why. It seems to switch things on and off ok, but controlling streaming music or playing news or flash briefings is very unreliable. It will often not play at all, or start in the middle of the briefing. And the darn thing occasionally lapses into Japanese! If replacing an Amazon Alexa device is one of your main reasons for buying, don't - get an Echo Studio. I have a gen 2 Alexa device that Moses gave me as he stepped off the Ark which does a better job. Spacial Audio is currently a gimmick, at least on a single 300. This speaker has excellent sound, and it will fill the room with whatever music your throw at it. There's no need to switch to a streaming service that serves up spacial audio. I've listened to several tracks back to back on both Spotify (no 3D audio) and Amazon (Dolby Atmos, HD audio etc), and actually preferred the Spotify flavour. Amazon just sounded a bit tinny and echo-y. this may be different with two paired speakers, or a full surround setup, but it's nothing special with one era 300. So mixed feelings. It makes excellent noise, but for something this expensive, everything should just work, and work brilliantly. If Sonos claim that it has built-in Alexa, then it should work as well as Amazon's Alexa devices. I had hoped that I could replace my disparate Amazon devices and my Samsung HQ-990B Dolby Atmos system with an integrated Sonos system, but I'm not confident enough in the Sonos ecosystem after this initial experience.

I 100% love this speaker and will be buying a 2nd one
I primarily use the speaker to stream music from Spotify and YouTube and the sound quality is mind-blowing. I don't know how Sonos keeps getting better, but they do and their products are simply amazing. I have recommended this speaker to several of my friends and I plan on buying another one for my kitchen so I can groove while cooking. Sonos, keep doing the Voodoo that you do!

System sounds great is very easy to set up is expensive and you should buy stands for the speakers also there is more than enough and sound nice for a surround system. May be a problem if you have two televisions next to each other and you are trying to do surround on both Beautiful it system lasted for a few minutes. I had purchased two 300Era one that I had purchased failed. It took four days and multiple phone calls, talking to multiple representatives. Many had no clue how to to fix the problem and several were very hard to understand after spending nearly 2 hours a day for four days, they determined that I had purchased a defective speaker after another day. I received a UPS return, which I put in the mail immediately I didn't receive a response for days that I had shipped it only that they had had received it finally and I should be waiting for a replacement 1 to 5 days. I It's been another few days have not been told if they've shipped one out yet. Great sounding speaker may be a little over price plus the cost of a stand and spending four days on the phone with representatives and literally hours on hold and return phone calls I will tell them that I've unplugged every speaker I've deleted the app tried it on different browsers uninstall then reinstalled the app reinstalled and have unplugged every Sonos speaker than plugged everything backin than send them a systems, diagnostic number three or four times, and it still took days for somebody to figure it out I guess they think my time is worth nothing. It took way too much time to resolve. This issue was beyond frustrating, but the system is super easy to set up any other speakers you have like I have a move will be recognized instantly, and can join the party very easy to set up multiple rooms which they also Sonos amp played more than two speakers and a sub So incredibly disappointing to spend so much time and not even being offered a deal or something after spending thousands of dollars and still I'm waiting for a speaker that I purchased that didn't work and that I had to spend days and hours to get a replacement which I still haven't received

I love these ERA300 speakers.
To pair or not to pair? Up to you really. I bought two ERA 300's and stereo paired and they sound amazing. High or low volumes, doesn't phase them. Positional flexibility is important and the option to use them as singles in the future is a bonus. The line in adapter for external sources keeps things clean, basically plug them in, use the app! By Jove I think they've got it!!

Great piece of kit. Quality audio experience.
This has been a great piece of kit. It was easy to set up and has really transformed how we listen to music. My kids get great joy out of using the voice controls and it makes everyone feel like they have a say in the playlist! Clear and crisp sound that can handle loads of volume. Touch controls are great when you don't want to have to look at a screen to line up some music.

It will be nice to see how the ecosystem grows around this speaker. Great starting point. A killer feature would be to be able to turn off the sound bar and the 300's play as a stereo pair. The spatial audio is a bit strange at times, other time it is amazing. I think after a few updates these will be excellent rather than just great. Keep up the good work, love the progress.

I would not buy this product again.
Entire Arc system does not seem to be designed to truly work together. Documentation is poorly written. System has good potential for amazing sound but your documentation doesn't get you to your sound goals I was hoping for.

Era 300 is addition to beam gen2 and sub gen3,previously excellent now in different league. Sound now completely immersive each note much clearer.Sound is unbelievable would be very difficult to improve.I stream music via Amazon Music which i believe is improvement over equivalent cd. Sonos app is very helpful to make adjustments and for multi room in conservatory.

Best wireless surround system money can buy
I now own the best surround system Sonos can offer. I own an Arc / 2 Gen 3 Subs & I recently replaced my 2 SL 100's with a pair of Era 300's. The new 300's sound amazing especially when streaming Dolby Atmos / Spatial Audio tracks. 7 different channels of sound vs 2 channel stereo sound. Setup took all of 15 mins. Truplay tuning was slightly more challenging but I finally got the new system dialed in. Someone complained the new Era 300's rendered the Arc useless. Obviously something is setup wrong with their system. The Arc does all the heavy lifting when using in surround sound. The Era 300's only work for surround sounds. Streaming stereo music all speakers work equal to fill me huge living room with incredible sound. Couldn't be more happier. The upgrade from the SL 100's to the Era 300's is quite substantial. Sonos offered me an upgrade discount of 15%. I now will be selling the 100's which are also great surround speakers

Pretty spectacular
I had my eye on these for a while and then I finally took the plunge. Originally I was going to just keep 1 but then I added the other to have 2 and they're in my kitchen. With 1 the sound is good but adding the other and it was incredible so am keeping both! I now am thinking a sub would finish it off nicely. They are worth the price and I'm very pleased!

Loved it but wish to integrate it to my Google Home
Amazing sound quality even without the subwoofer. I love waking up to the music that comes out of the 2 Era 300's in my master bedroom and will consider buying more for other rooms. I only wish I could integrate it into my home which runs on Google Assistant. I know the history between you and them but users like us got the short end of the stick. Thanks.

Love spatial audio!
I love the Dolby Atmos sound! I do agree that stereo sounds better than Atmos if the music is not well produced. However, most of the newer music is well produced. In my view, these speakers are game changers for listening to music. Please note that to use these speakers to full advantage, you will need a music streaming service which offers Atmos music.

This is a great prodcut
I bought two ERA 300 for my living room to an existing Sono Surrounding system. The room is kind of big so I thought adding these ERA 300 would fix that. After installation the sound coming out of the Surrounding System are unreal. It is well worth the trouble of waitng for. Installation was easier than what I thought. I strongly recommend this product.

Wonderful Space Filling SoundQ
