How planes actually lift off….we have asked ourselves How did this Amazing television ever come to be! As a television it’s Absolutely Stunning, Sports Movies all our Television Faves look spectacular…..but the Absolute Mind Blowing aspect is the Beauty that the Art Mode brings to our lives Everyday now . When we travel we Always visit museums ALWAYS, well now it’s like we have a front row seat observing our favorite Artists throughout history!! On our living room Wall! Cannot clean off finger prints.Tv seems ok. But i, with alot of other people am having trouble removing finger prints. I used a proper tv lint free microfiber cloth to remive the finger prints and all it does is smear it across the screen and leaves a blue looking smudge. Samsung customer services are saying its in correct cleaning and that “ The smudge on the screen is not covered by the warranty, I am afraid. That is a cosmetic damage which voids the TV warranty. “
Not really fit for purpose. I am also having trouble with the frame recognising if anybody is present in art mode as it does not turn off when nobody is in the room. Not terribly impressed so far. The previous model cleaned alot easier.

32" limited and premium tv contains ads[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a smaller tv and wanted a nice one to blend into the wall unlike every other tv. It's a shame the 32" version of this samsung frame is so limited compared to the other sizes. It's not 4k, the one connect box is missing so many connections compared to the larger sizes (e.g. ethernet, more hdmi ports, the co-axial cable, etc) and the one connect cable is grey compared to the more invisible cable on the larger tvs. Also paying for a premium tv it is completely unacceptable that you have samsung ads built in that are a hassle (with ip blocking) to remove

Great TV[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV two weeks ago. Was easy to set up as long as you’re experienced with your mobile phone. Most of the set up is done via the Samsung app. Love the way it looks like a painting when it’s switched off and you can choose just about any style of painting you like. This TV even comes with a wall mount in the box so you don’t have the added expense of mounting brackets if you want the TV on the wall. So far really happy with the clarity. Also the remote is so simple. Hardly any buttons and it charges via a solar panel on the back of the remote so an hour in sunlight will charge it. I love this feature.

Not the greatest experienceTV's generally ok, but at times it just feels a bit clunky after our old Q7. Only changed because some apps on old TV were problematic, new apps seem better. Hate the fact we can't just press power button and gave TV turn off, instead we have to use a long press. Grew tired if the ambient pictures very quickly and don't like the bigger frame around the TV. Gotvthis TV because we wanted one with the connect box like the old Q7, hadn't anticipated a change in size so had to adjust our setup to accommodate new box. To be fair the apps seem to work, picture is good and it's a neat and tidy piece of kit but overall we're somewhat underwhelmed.

Amateurish basic MenusThe Gallery of frames & art is totally focused on Samsung selling you expensive artwork. To get to your own photos & artwork you have to wait for advertised galleries to load and scroll eventually down to your own gallery. The controls over your own pictures/galleries are confusing, basic and very limited. Colour control of frames around pictures are extremely limited, with colour temperature matching of ambient light weak, almost to the point of useless. The feature to turn on/off the screen when human motion is detected just plain doesn't work no matter how you set it. Adding pictures via App or Gallery is downright confusing and amateurish. This could be a brilliant system if only they had put professional software writers onto designing the interface. Hardware is brilliant but software is a dud.

My favorite TV so far![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV a couple of weeks ago and really love it. It makes my living room so much better. The "TV when on & Art when off" concept is truly great, or even revolutionary to me. Realistically, from a cost/budget perspective the Frame TV also justifies, as we don't need to buy a framed painting, which is not cheap nowadays, for one wall at least. I'm a huge fan of the frame TV and have joined a Facebook group whose members are all owners of the TV across the globe. Can't recommend this TV more, and if I have a bigger home, I would go for a 75 or 85-inch one; it's no-brainer!

GET RID OF THE ADS ON MY MENU SCREENGet rid of the adverts on menu pages - that's unacceptable. They take up nearly half the screen, they are unnecessary, annoying and take up vital screen space. I will never choose anything that comes across from such crass adverts, but half my home screen is stolen by them. I require them removed from my TV. To where has the support for Sky gone? Previous TVs have recognised my Sky box and shown Sky as an option rather than HDMI 1. This TV is a step backwards in that regard. It is no longer possible to use either the TV remote or the Sky remote alone as they no longer control necessary functions like Home. The TV remote goes back to the TV Home menu and the Sky remote goes back to Sky Home, with neither being able easily to get to the other's home.

Hi Guzza, the TV comes with a couple of images, but to get the full range you will need to subscribe to the Art Store. You can easily upload and exhibit your own photography or family portraits. This can be done via your phone / device or a USB stick. We trust this helps

i have bought 3 frame tvs from HN and want to mount all on walls.
there appears no mounting brackets or frames with the tvs. are these all separate accessories?

Hi Greg. Yes the TV's do come with wall brackets. They are not like a traditional wall mounts, but more like black picture hanging brackets, but slightly bigger. They are a lot smaller and more discreet than traditional wall mounts. Best to check the polystyrene packaging as they are normally tucked in there. If you still can't find them, please contact the store you purchased from and explain the situation. The frames for the TV's are sold separately and can be purchased through our stores.
