Shockingly bad tv
Owned several TCL tvs with no issues. This one has an incredibly annoying remote as others have said. A week into buying it this Tv frequently loses sound or it has to be turned up to a very high number for the sound and closed captions blur into unreadable white blocks. Can’t even pause on my Netflix show without it taking me out to the Home Screen and super slow to get back into any apps.
