Awesome oven
2 months old and the only complaint is that the timer alarm is very quiet, cant hear it unless you are right there in the kitchen. Apart from that the cooking modes are great, stays cool (as in no heat at all) to touch on the outside when in use, telescopic runners work well, lightening fast to heat up and more importantly the cooking functions in both top and bottom ovens are great. Air Fryer is a real plus if you are air frying large amounts (Still use the portable for small items) as its not worth the cleaning effort on the air fry tray for just a few small items. Overall, a great purchase and very happy to this point (apart from the alarm volume...)

A Life-Fulfilling Oven
After my darling wife of 37 years died three years ago, leaving me alone, I needed to recover from depression, learn new skills, regrow as a newly single man. I joined a cookery school. Cooking success was an urgent must. Coupled with the training I received and a superb made-for-me cookery book, the Electrolux comforting, easy to use, pyrolytic duo oven gave me success and robust deep confidence that I can do it. I can cook! I can cook healthy, delicious meals with confident guidance provided by the oven. Thankyou Electrolux. Although still recovering , my confidence in recipe review, shopping, meal preparation, minimising food waste and therefore health continues to improve.

Reservations with product
We have some reservations about the product. When the first oven was installed an error signal appeared and it had to be replaced. The touch screen on the second oven had to be adjusted by the local Electrolux repairer who said it had not been installed correctly and under no circumstances should the cleaning program be used.
The problem seems to require carpentry work but the local kitchen modification firm is not interested in doing the work.
Consequently we cannot use all of the functions of the unit until we can find someone to sort it out.

Disappointed
We liked this oven so much that this is the third one of this model we've had in about 3 years (due to remodeling the old house then moving house) and the control panel in the first two was great had minor differences but this model with air fryer added is very un-intuitive and frustrating to use. Someone has worked very hard to make something bad that used to be good. You can no longer simply look at it and see which selection to make without undergoing an intensive learning process and committing it to memory (which I haven't managed to do yet).

Great oven
I updated my 10 year Electrolux duo oven with the ultimate taste duo Oven recently and I'm really impressed with features and how the food tastes even better in this new oven. The food is more moist and evenly cooked. Really happy with all the features, the roast setting cooks great roast pork with crispy crackle. Ive also cooked cakes and sausage rolls, and everything has been beautifully cooked. Ive cooked various things with the air fry function and found this an excellent feature too. Easy to clean oven. Very impressed with this oven.

Duo oven
Whilst I am enjoying the oven so far, there have been some teething problems. Straight out of the box the lights in the big oven were not working with the repairman finding a wire that was not attached , while this was corrected I was also alerted to a door locking fault that even though it hadn’t happened to my oven yet they decided to replace the mechanism as this is apparently a common fault in this model. Overall I am really pleased with my duo oven both feature wise and ease of use.

New oven for Christmas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my oven in July, but due to building delays it was only installed early December and I really only got to use my oven properly to cook Christmas dinner for the family. It was fantastic! I loved the way you can see what’s happening in both ovens on the touch screen, and make inividual adjustments easily. I’ve grilled, used the air-fryer, as well as fan forced. My pork crackling was great. I am very happy with my oven choice.

Mostly good
I love the oven so far. My only issue is that the trays that do not have the extension do not hold up when pulled out. this means that if you pull them out too far you are going to end up with a dish all over the floor or worse still all over you. My previous oven trays stopped at a certain point and you knew if you pulled them out any further (you had to lift them a little to do this so you had to make a conscious choice to do this) they were no longer able to self support.
