This 11 function oven operates very well and has a sleek black glass finish in the appearance
Love the touch screen options and it’s easy to operate but have not used all functions yet
The timer is easy to set and it cooks lovely
Very happy with my new oven :)

An expensive device but not a serious device!
Very easy to use. The thermocouple that regulates the temperature is substandard. I use a calibrated thermocouple to check the temperature and it varies between 10 and 15c. At times when you open the oven door to check the bake the temperature will not rise to the set temperature. I have to restart the oven. I have been cooking for many years. I guess I have learnt a little.

Disaster
Bought this a few weeks ago, nothing but problems.
Not heating, inaccurate temp, not cooking roasts or anything else correctly. Doesn't allow you to monitor temperature between dialed temp and actual. Had F&P repair service call, no idea what's wrong, so replacing motherboard and front control panel. Probably the entire electronics.

Rubbish oven - great until you go to clean it -
Bought this Product, not from HN. I have had no end of problems dealing with F&P support - DO NOT use the clean mode, they finally replaced this with a 13 function model which after 2 months had a flickering screen and required the whole front panel to be replaced. Finally after a year of rubbish F&P have agreed to refund me.

Frustrating
Hot spots and uneven heating in the oven is really frustrating. Fanbaking function doesn't seem to distribute the heat at all - only goods on the top rack bake properly.
Also annoying (though I knew this when I bought it) that the interior is a lot narrower thsn the interior on the older model of F&P 60cm oven

Excellent oven
Excellent oven with great features. Only complaint we have was the booklet that came with the machine. It was difficult to read and the print and directions were very dark and hard to follow This could be improved.
