Exceeds my expectations!We had our AEG 4 zone induction cooktop installed 2 weeks ago and I cannot praise it enough. It is so easy to use and very easy to clean. Apart from being extremely versatile it looks very classy. I nearly brought the 3 zone cooktop, but am very pleased we opted for the 4 zone. I love, love LOVE IT.

Slick!I replaced my near new 3 zone with this 4 zone because a tradie chipped the glass, whoops! I love the new one even more. The controls have been better thought out, I had burnt two pots on the 3 zone because my fat fingers would hit the P and not the zero. The horizontal control as opposed to the circle design is way more user friendly. The cooktop is so easy to clean, I only use mild soapy water with a microfibre clothe and it cleans with ease. As for cooking, I love it.

Works well, good control layout[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought one of these a couple months ago. It's our first induction cooktop, and we are quite impressed by the speed at which it heats up and adjusts temperature.
The control layout is great too - four separate temperature controls rather than one combined one was a big reason we chose this one over the others.
We haven't tested the bridge function yet, but it looks super handy for large pots. It also has a hob2hood function but I don't believe our rangehood is compatible - still, looks useful.
It does make a little bit of noise (beeps and clicks and humming etc) but our understanding is that this is normal for induction, and with our rangehood on we hardly notice it.
Overall we are really enjoying this cooktop so far and would recommend it to others.

Better quality and more user friendlyUsed to have a smeg induction and it was great but bought a new house and could not buy the smeg I wanted anymore so settled on this AEG as it was very close to the older smeg design. Anyway I am happy that I did. It has shared zones if needed plus it's very easy to use.and last of all the cook top glass is of very good quality as it's easy to clean and the surface finish is much better than another brand I was considering

Won us overWe are long time, happy users of gas hobs (50+ years). Time came to renovate and we had become disheartened with the cleaning and many bits and pieces that get filthy on the gas appliance, so we looked at induction. We chose the AEG for it's fundementaly simple and intuitive controls. It is so simple operate, enables super low simmer (try that with other types) that we wished we had made the change earlier.

UnderratedHaving always stayed clear of electrical cooking (long time gas cooker only), we recently purchased a house without gas!! The electric cooker had to go…so we upgraded to induction and have NOT LOOKED BACK! Honestly, this is a fantastic cook top; immediate change in temp, responsive and our cooking outcomes are actually better than gas. Our only downside is…we wished we had got the bigger size!

Smooth CookingI recently bought this induction cooktop. It is very easy to use and heats up so quickly.
Induction is definitely the best and most effective method of cooking that has been invented to date. It is also very easy to clean because of the smooth glass surface and streamline appearance. It compliments my kitchen design, I am very happy with the overall look.

Absolutely brilliant 5 starsI have been using for sometime now so can honestly review. I loved my gas cook top but converted to induction and will never go back. Love that this cook top is so easy to clean, love how it is completely black when off no stickers. It heats up consistently and is wondrerful on a very low heat, love love love this cook top, highly recommend.
