Superb - wish I had got it sooner[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am thrilled with the flame select. I always had trouble before getting the right degree of flame - and this now clicks to exact points. It also seems to go lower and be much more useful for simmering and very low heat. I love the clean clear lines which are easy to clean. The only downside is that instinctively I want to ignite the units by turning the dial clockwise, and to turn it off by going anti-clockwise. The opposite is the case here and it is quite tricky to remember. Is there a reason for this? But honestly, this is a superb cook top and I'm thrilled with it.

My Gas Hob is on fire![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kitchen and the range power and size are one of the key elements of our decision to acquire our new place. The first time I saw Bosch 6 Gas Hob, I fell in love with this and since then it always making my life easy cooking. This is so easy to operate, with a quick ignition that I can easily start multi cooking. Excellent in handling different types of cooking, because of its range and power. Though always in use and on fire, this can easily maintain and clean with just simple swipe. I will never get tired of cooking with my Bosch!

Good heat, poor designThe main problem with this cooktop is the design. It looks great but you cant use the back burner and the one in front at the same time.
The large burners are set back rather then being in the centre of the hob so when you centre a pan or wok over the large burner it makes the rear burner unuseable.
Disapointing when the point of buying the 6 burner is so that you can have multiple pots/pans going. Go for the 5 burner instead!

Wok burners difficult to stay litThe wok burners do not remain alight reliably, as expected, after 10 seconds of knob depression. The other burners light first time, everytime.
Another person has few problems with the wok burner, while I have no luck after repeated attempts. The gas goes out instantly I remove my hand from the knob. This applies equally to both wok burners. A real annoyance. A service call resulted in replacement of both wok thermocuples. The problem was NOT solved. Sadly, this is the first Bosch product that I have found to be less than excellent. Other than this, the hob is OK.

Great Cooktop![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old gas cooktop with a poor assortment of burners to this excellently designed product with a well thought out assortment of burners makes the kitchen so much more functional! The FlameSelect adjustment for each burner makes temperature control predictable. The cooktop is also simple to clean.

GREAT GAS COOKTOP, EASY TO USE[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this for a while now and love it. It replaced an old cooktop and this Bosch one works so much better. Easy to use, easy to clean and can cook numerous pans easily at once. Easy and efficientI had my old electric stovetop converted to gas. The large size of the Bosch cooktop is great - I can have four-five pans going at once if I need to. The heat settings and control here is terrific - pans heat up quickly, and the 9 settings for different heat controls is something that I love. Easy to wipe down, clean, and its design is attractive and workable.

Gas cook top[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cook top not only looks good and professional but delivers on what it promises. It has 9 heat settings which allow a good range of temperatures for all types of cooking. Its my second BOSCS purchase both at the same time and so far I am very impressed.
