Product is great, Electrolux service not so muchThe cooktop is good, nice and easy to use. My only complaint is about how hard it was to actually get the product from Electrolux after purchase.
I bought this product from a large home goods retailer on 1 July, at the time I was only needing it at the end of July (for when my new kitchen would be ready for appliances). Despite initially giving the store an indicative timing of early July for delivery I finally got my cooktop at the end of August.

Most useless cooktopIt’s the most useless cooktop I’ve ever used
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
