Double Dishwasher Dishwasher, SanitiseI am disappointed with the latest Double DishDrawer Sanitise model. Having been very happy with 2 previous models I find this model seem to be more about looks than ‘usability’.
The pullout drawer handle is a long strip across the front of the machine and faces upwards which catches any food or rubbish.
ALL the dials button etc are on the inside of the machine.
The instruction manual is not very clear, I am still struggling to work out how to change the amount of Rinse Aid as I am having to dry dishes and there is quite a lot of water left in the machine.
There is no indication on the machine of approx know long each cycle takes or in the manual.
I would not recommend this model.

Series 9 v series 7 DD drawerThe series 9 double dish draw was unsuitable for our purposes. This was our third dish draw and we very extremely disappointed in its performance
1) dishes don't come out dry - even with the dry+ feature
2) dishes don't come out clean - tea cup stains
3) the dish wash cycle times are only available through the use of an app- not practical for a family of two
4) no automatic restart feature if draw is paused during wash cycle.
NOTE: we have changed our series 9 dish draw for a series 7 sanitise model and it is excellent. Dry, clean, dishes and a digital display so no need for app!

DisappointedVery disappointing that within 2 hours of new installation, we had to put in a sevice warranty claim. Top drawer was loose n wobbly. Reparman was good but needed a new door n 2 other patrs
Was advised recently that not all parts are available n had to reschedule to new date. Not what i expect of a new machine n their quality control

Replacement Dishdraw up to expectationsHave had a Dishdraw for 12 years and spent quite a bit on repairs over the years so looked at other dishwashers, but in the end we decided to go with the dishdraw again as it suits our needs despite many negative rewiews. So far it has worked as expected. Like the clean lines of the outside draws.

Our long awaited dishwasherThis is my first dishwasher. After 47 years of married life we decided to get one.
The reviews of Fischer Paykel made our choice so easy. There is only two of us so the two drawer was a good choice for us. We’re very happy with it. We should have bought one years ago. It is so quiet. We love it!!

Probably wouldn’t have bought it if I had knownLove the look of it. Can’t hear when the cycle has finished. Tried to work out how to get it to beep but all in vain. Don’t like how there is a ridge of water on the inside when finished. Have to dry it every time. Also couldn’t connect it to wifi.

Works OK nowFailed on the first wash. Under warranty so serviceman came. Pulled out bottom draw. Base was humid. Dried that off and told to use (1 teaspoon only per wash). Has worked properly since then and washes dishes and cutlery well. Shame this info wasn’t available from the vendor.

ChangeThe new hard plastic water line needs to have a 90 degree bend when it comes out from the bottom of the dishwasher as you cannot move the dishwasher fully back and it sticks out 30mm to the front, my previous dishwasher fitted perfectly and it was an F&P double draw
