My near Regreat[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Machine was installed by the builders without any consultation as it was not properly fitted to the instructions I was not impressed with the machine but with the knowledge of your technicians and a few visits from them it is performing really well and I would rate it very high,cleans dishes and glasses fantastic.Thank you for a job well done.

No bending for me![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So love these new integrated dish drawers. We have these separated just under the bench top on either side of the sink, so no bending to pack/unpack the dishwashers. The new integrated dish drawers don't have the working buttons on the outside like the previous model, which is so much better when you have little grandchildren that used to love pushing the buttons!

Too small vs old model that worked since 2007.Much smaller inside vs the old model - makes it hard to put smaller glasses on the top shelves while longer glasses are on bottom shelves - which could be done on older model
Cutlery basket partitions too small - have taken them out
Dishwash tab holder doesn’t fix to the cutlery basket so falls in/off
Go back to the old configuration that worked (for us) perfectly well from 2007 till now

Impossible to understand electronic controls.We had the previous model of the dish drawer for 8 years and loved it. The electronic controls of the current model are impossible to work out. It is a major feat to get a simple cycle to start. It is impossible to work out the logic of the settings. Very disappointed. I would not recommend anyone purchase this machine.

The originals were integrated, so very pleased that the new models are the same dimensions. Very easy to DIY install - old ones out, new ones in. Love the new “knock to open” feature.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Is this the right Dishdraw to replace the DS603

Thanks for your question. The DS603 doesn’t have an exact replacement. The DD60SI9 is the closest replacement but it is slightly taller, wider & deeper. Have a chat with your local store and their specialists can assist with any further questions you may have. Hope this helps.
