No more waiting for the kettle to boilThe Juno multi tap looks great and I am really enjoying instant filtered hot water for tea and coffee. I have retired my kettle and reclaimed space in the kitchen.

We have just installed this Juno Multitap and are quite disappointed with it. The hot tap has better pressure than the cold. Also, the water seems to spray out the sides and will go over the bench meaning after every use we have to wipe the bench down.

Thanks for your question Cara. The ambient cold water on a MultiTap is filtered, which reduces the flow rate slightly. You do not have to filter the ambient cold, but if you do the water flow will decrease. As for the spraying issue, it sounds like it may be the aerator on the end of the faucet. To troubleshoot, please unscrew and remove the aerator and see if the water flow improves. If it does, you will need a new aerator. Please call customer service line directly at 0800 200 510.
