Worst machine ever.If I could give negative stars, I would do that. We have had ENDLESS problems with this machiine from the outsest. Constant alarming, the service man has been out approximately every month. Needs to have the filters changed after every cycle. Now the motherboard has died. COMPLETE waste of money. zero stars. Never again Miele.

Poor quality screenBought this unit last week. Part of the touch screen didn’t work upon delivery. After a number of phone calls with Miele was able to get it returned for a refund. Not sure if this unit was a dud or the quality of these products is poor. Lost faith in the brand
