AEG what great service arrived on time and installed quickly really appreciated the time you spent with my wife Carmen ( she is a fillipino) in explaining the many great features our new washing machine has I love the fact that when it is running I don't realise as it is so quite (our bedroom is next to the laundry) I also love the feature of the washing liquid dispenser is automatic and Carmen can not use more than required.
As for Carmen she really loves how well it cleans compared with our last machine she enjoys telling her friends and family about her great new machine very excited!!
Thanks heaps AEG well worth it!!!!

Terrible
The salesman convinced my husband that this would be a great purchase, but it was a terrible buy. Yes it is water efficient, but it takes minimum two hours for the fastest wash possible without using the 20min 3kg quick wash which is hopeless when you're a family of 5 with cloth nappies as well. We've had the repairman come twice because it just stops working and he has said it's because it's not being drained properly which is causing a fault with the electrics at the top. The drain is located at the bottom of the machine and is a stubby little pipe. It is on the floor of our laundry so there is no way to put anything under it to catch the water (our old one had a hose). This time it seems to have stopped spinning but it's now out of warranty. Don't get me started on the AEG drier!

The whole Lifecycle of my new AEG 8K 6000 Series has been amazing.
I could not recommend more highly the AEG 8K 6000 Series Front Loader. From Purchase, Delivery, technician, follow up calls by the service team members & Customer service team all carried the Brand and their roles with extreme customer service that I can not even remember receiving for many years.
The product, and all features suits my family needs.

Great Features
I bought this machine a couple of months ago. As we were doing renovations we have only just started using the washing machine. This is by far the best brand I have had in the many years and machines I have used. There are 2 features I have used a number of times in the short time I have been able to wash and that is the wool cycle. I cannot explain how impressed I was with this cycle. Never again will I ever wash a jumper by hand as the machine does a much better job. The other cycle I love is the fast 20 minute cycle. Being the age my husband and I are, we don’t dirty our clothes as such. This short cycle gives our clothes the refresh and wash it needs. All in all I could not be happier.

Amazing equipment and technology in all respects
I purchased the AEG Washer and Dryer combination a month ago and we have been so very impressed with it’s wonderful capabilities from the very first time we turned either appliance on for regular use. It’s level of automation is both intuitive and simple to use, as well as offering many other manual selections once familiar with the system operation. The quietness when in use is also impressive. I will happily say to anyone considering this appliance combination that it will very likely far exceed your best expectations. It is great value for the money in my opinion.

Ok - expected more for the price point
I bought this about a month ago after the Harvey Norman sales man kept pushing for it even though we came in for a Bosch, which in the end should have gone for a Bosch. Overall the machine is ok, the unit seems smaller than an 8kg and the cycles are too long. It is quiet though which is nice and does look very nice. We also got the dryer which I'm not too happy about we popped clothes for an hour and they came out still damp? We have had a dryer at my parents for over 15 years and a 40 minute cycle dried a load no problem. Would recommend a Bosch

Great family machine
I recently purchased this machine, my first AEG and so far am satisfied with both the product and brand. The functionality of the machine means I can tailor each wash to my specific needs, and still fit enough washing in for my family of 5. Although there are many functions, it's simple to use, I have the kids using it!
Wash outcomes are great, no residue from powders, lint marks and clothes are clean, fresh and stain free.
Quality is fantastic and I'm looking forward to many years with my new machine.
