Rated 1 out of 5 by from Limited wash programmes for full load I bought my new machine yesterday after doing a number of comparisons between other brands. I loved the number of different programs the LG provided only to find out when I brought it home the booklet inside the box indicates there are only 2 wash cycles for a 10kg wash ? The cycle time goes to 3 hours. When you wash at least 3 loads a day there is no way I want to wait 9hrs to finish my washing. It defeats the purpose of me buying the 10kg and paying for functions I can only use for small loads. So disappointed I feel like it’s misleading. I was looking to buy the heat pump dryer next but forget it now.

Bought this in December as I needed a larger machine to wash guess what larger items ie electric blankets protectors etc. If one is just washing normal everyday washing then this machine is ok, most of the time it will wash to the end of the cycle without stoping and needing to rearrange the load BUT if you are wanting it to wash larger items then be prepared to waste water take hours and still never finish the cycle so in the end one has to take out wet dripping washing and hang it on the line. Doesn't even have a spin only cycle Hopeless. Bought this because we were so happy with the LG fridge freezer. So disappointing.

This 10kg fits a LOT of washings in. The AI weighting and sensing actually works. Clothes come out clean. The auto dispenser is very convenient and works well. The only drawback is the machine has to be perfectly level, otherwise it can vibrate a lot. I don't understand why the door has to be tinted, makes it impossible to see how the clothes are washing inside. But overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT BOTHER one year on from purchase, machine has failed, cycles start and stop when they please, door unlocks and locks randomly. after sales support from LG is pathetic. my family is left without a washing machine for up to 2 weeks waiting for lg to call me and book the job. should be replaced through retailer according by consumer laws.
