This is an excellent washing machine, very quiet, extremely stable when spinning and has a good range of detergents that can be used. Also has a good range of washing programs that cover all types of products and types of wash required. The combination of auto dos with the Miele detergents is very good at getting clothes clean.

Love my new Miele WWR 860 washing machine. It is simple to use and my clothes are sparkling clean, no more soaking clothes in napisan to remove stains and i am spending much less time handwashing delicates with the hand wash cycle.

Love my new washing machine!
First time to have a Miele washer and I'm very impressed with the quietness of it and how well it washes and spins the water out of the clothes. Drying time is shortened and the clothes are definitely cleaner using the twin dose detergent system. The 9 kg wash load has been very handy as is the Quick wash function fort those times when you need the wash done faster.

It has a cold and hot water intake but it never seems to take on hot water. Manual not very helpful in resolving this.

Awesome washing machine
Fantastic machine, easy to use and I love the touch screen feature. The tips are very useful all contained within the display of the machine, it’s quiet and does an absolutely wonderful job of cleaning my clothes. 10/10 for quality, performance and style.

Dogs were fooled!
At the serviceman's recommendations we recently upgraded to the 9kg washer from our >15year old 6kg Miele washer which had dies after giving excellent service.
The effectiveness of the wash is noticeably better. So much so that our dogs were not convinced the freshly laundered leads were theirs. They have finely tuned noses.

Miele Excellence
Another Miele piece of perfection. I am German born, and never had anything else but a washing machine from Miele in the past 40 years. And this one is an amazing advancement in technology, just sold our last one 6 years old. Love the twin dos, the options menu is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Most of all, the washing result is excellent. Little water usage, long washing cycles, and clean clothes. Very silent machine too. All stars from me. Thank you Miele :-))
