love the work of German engineering.I have been purchased and used Miele all my lift. Only one product that did not meet my expectation is the hand-held vaccum. Everything else are perfect!!

What are these front loaded machines like on low water pressure

Thanks for your question. For most washing machines, this can extend wash times until the machine reaches the right water level for a selected wash. If the water pressure itself, is below 100 kPa (1 bar), washing programmes will be cancelled and a fault message will appear. If the on-site water pressure cannot be increased, activating this function in settings will prevent any programmes from being cancelled. Hope this helps!

Cost to replace detergent? How long does it last on average (4 person family)? Is the detergent environmentally friendly?

Hi Natua. Thanks for your question. On average the Miele Ultraphase 1 &2 detergent is effective and eco-friendly – for over 100 wash loads. You can use standard front loader detergent from the supermarket which should get you 40-45 loads. The Miele detergent can be purchased directly from the Miele website.
