We love our new washer
I ordered online on Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday - great communication and service from HN. We also love the washer, great features, all the different cycles I need for different loads and easy to change, and nice to have the wifi feature so we can see on the app where the wash is at. Very quiet too. On our first load I also used the Add Wash window, great when you drop a sock. A couple of warnings, the front door extends beyond the 600mm stated in the washers depth so our washer just fits in and we can shut the door. Also the washer comes with a hot and cold water hose, it would have been good to have this information on the website to know before purchasing, luckily we had a hot tap that was available.

Great washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my washing machine - which I didn't think I'd really care too much about a washing machine. I connected it to my phone so easily and there are so many handy features. It looks very sleek too. We did struggle a little bit on the first use as we didn't;t take the shipping bolts out. It didn't state anywhere in the set up guide/instructions that these need to be taken out. The washing machine started shaking violently and we had to do a bit of googling before we found the problem. But works perfectly now!

It has an amazing array of wash options - which i do use :)
Best of all, it remembers the settings and wash cycles i like to use.
Add wash functionality is great ...there always seems to be a sock that missed the machine :)
Very economical to run and great flexibility with adjusting the programs to get the result you want.
Fantastic that it brings up the drum wash option when it is needed....keeping my washing machine nice and fresh.

Great all-round washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the washer for a few months now, and it is fantastic. It fits a huge amount of washing - great for a family of 5. Connecting it to the SmartThings app let's me tell it exactly what's in a load so it can select the best settings.
It's really quiet, and the Add Wash door is very, very handy.
The only thing I don't like is the chime it plays when the was is finished. It's so long and boring. I wish I could customise it. But that has no impact on how great the machine does it's job :)

This machine has proven to be amazing in my home all the different programs cycles to match all types of washing needs from outdoors to towels to hygienic and washes to perfection evey wash the other thing is most front loaders start to smell with this machine ive not had that problem as its that smart it automatically drum cleans with no added chemicals my hes 11 and can work this machine my family and i are so happy with this washer we highly recommend it thanks Harvy Norman and samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After looking at countless machines and reading so many reviews on each one my choice was narrowed down to the Samsung 7.5kg but the store was out of stock so after a great deal I opted for the 8.5kg that was stocked. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. From the first load, when I opened the door and could visually see how clean the clothes were and the hint of fragrance that wasn't over washed out I knew I'd made the right choice. It's very simple to set up and use, has many options to choose from and tailor to your requirements. You can download the app and get real time notifications if you desire, the machine is modern and sleek but most of all my teenage daughter now washes her clothes not me so I'm winning all over. I couldn't be happier.

Very happy with washer/dryer combo

I needed stackable option as I cannot fit side by side in laundry. The advice was clear and accurate and once order was placed, received quickly. Setup was easy, including stacking using the recommended stacking kit. So far totally satisfied with performance of both washer and dryer and would happily recommend.

Brought matching washer dryer as boxing day special. All seems great look good as easy to install, needed to adjust bench to fit in but not to bad. Has multiple settings and easy to adjust, like the window to add small items and doesnt require emptying the filter everytime like previous - good or bad not sure but washes very well clothes definitely seem cleaner than previous top loader. Only just got so time will tell but overall impressed so far.
