Worst machine I’ve ever owned
Do not buy this washing machine. The seal is terrible and they won’t replace. Slightest bit of hair breaks the seal and it leaks water out the front. Leaks pretty much every other cycle. Had the repair man out and says it’s normal. We didn’t even want this machine but the salesman kept on about how good it is and that having a five year warranty is a plus. But not if it won’t cover it. Also it doesn’t drain properly and the guy had to unblock the drain holes. What a waster of time and money. The strong arm tactics have put me off ever going back.

A very good Front Loader
I purchased my second Whirlpool Front Loader in November 2022 after retiring my previous Whirlpool Front Loader after diving me over 5 years of trouble free service.
The additional feature of the 'Stream Refresh' is a real bonus especially with pillows that brings them back to a new condition,
I purchased my replacement Whirlpool Front Loader without seeking or comparing other brands Front Loaders

My new Whirlpool
My old Whirlpool died so I bought a new one. It was 10 years old had no serious probles in all that time. I can relate to the machine leaking from the front of machine! Soap suds and water everywhere. Turned out I'd used too much detergent. I love this new one it is whisper quiet.

Customer/support is poor but machine is great.
Only reason I give this a 4 star is support services I emailed my issue about getting to the filter to clean it out and they never bothered to get back to me. Oh and yes getting to the filter to clean it out, I can't. Otherwise I love this machine.

Excess water after wash very annoying
First time I’ve bought Whirlpool. Whilst the wash is good
there is a large amount of water in the plastic seal at the front and socks that get caught in there are always soaked. Very annoying!!
