Dents in same place on both machinesThe first washing machine I collected had a dent in the LH side corner and 4 dents that could have only come from the inside because of the external indentation. I returned this and picked up a new machine. This one also had a dent in the LH side corner. But I was too lazy to re-box and drive 45 minutes to change it.

LG 9kg top load is really good.The washing machine is awesome. The price was good, it is quietit is 4 star energy rated and it has great washing options. It is just a pity that it doesnt come in white. I'm replacing a 7 yo LG (same machine) that has done lot of work.

Wonderful, large capacity washing machineSo far, this has been a wonderful machine. I click and collected, fetched it on the same day, it looks good, washes well and has a large capacity. It also has a merry little tune at the end of the cycle which I quite enjoy.

Doesn’t last long.Bought this machine brand new and it broke down after 3 years. Constant issues with the sensor level and control panel. It’s an electrical nightmare.

Size perfectionThe spin is onpoint. Clothes and blankets especially towels can take under 2 hrs and dry.
