Not happy
It looks great and I had it installed by a licensed plumber BUT it vibrates all over the laundry floor when in spin mode. And not because it is off balance or unevenly packed or to much in the drum. The wash cycle is a pain and I wish I had never wasted my money on it.

One of the best appliance in my house. Efficient and so easy to use. 9 starts energy rating is a game changer. Perfect for tight spaces due to it's super sleek design. The color platinum black is so chic. I love using the ThinQ app to control this remotely! The perfect addition to my house. The shoes attachment in the dryer is my fav! now I can dry my shoes without it tumbling!

I got the LG washtower a month ago and I absolutely love it, I love the app as it reminds me to take out the washing and place it in the dryer as a busy mum this is a life saver, I also love how much clothes it fits because of how big it is, I am a mum of 3 boys and I absolutely recommend it

Really impressed
I am really loving this machine! I got it a few weeks ago and since then have managed to keep on top of my washing much easier having both the washer & dryer. The 12kg drum is such a good size- it fits so much in - I’m even able to fit my washable rug which has been incredible!
The dryer is amazing, super energy efficient which is good but I’m really impressed with how quiet it is, which is amazing having a small baby in the house- I don’t even hear it going!
I’ve used the remote start a few times too which has come in handy, really easy to use.
Love the look.
Honestly really impressed with this machine, you won’t be disappointed.

This washtower is exceptional, absolutely loving it and how sleek and fancy it looks. So easy to use, and supper quick and efficient! ALso the fact that the drier is a 9 star rating is so so great! Love this!!!
