With Product CareTM you have certainty that your product is covered for a specific period of time. If, during the Product CareTM term, your product fails to operate as a result of an Eligible Fault*, we will provide a one-off replacement of Your Product.

Type of Cover
With Product CareTM You have certainty that your product is covered for a specific period for an Eligible Fault and that you will obtain a replacement product.
Coverage for an Eligible Fault*
This may include mechanical, electrical and/or electronic failure which becomes apparent from normal use of your product over time, or involves condensation, humidity, corrosion caused by airborne sulphur, internal overheating and dust.
All freight and service call out fees covered
If your product suffers an Eligible Fault, all freight and service call out fees related to assessment, replacement or repair of your product are covered.
Transferable
If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

Mixed resultsThis transaction took longer than expected. After ordering the fridge online, i did not get the email confirmation that the order had gone through. And then I had to ring the store directly to ascertain whether the fridge was available for pickup as I had also received no notification that it was ready. I find it quite interesting that for a massive company, when ordering online you need to order from an individual store, and if they don't have it, you can't order it, unless you pay an large amount to get it freighted from another shop. It would make more sense to have central warehousing place where it doesn't matter where you are, the item can be shipped. This is how the other major players operate. So mixed results on this one. The fridge appears to be working well, but the process of ordering it was somewhat frustrating.
