Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slow service. Bought it brand new. Water kept coming out of the fridge after 12 months maybe , something is leaking. Been fixed and leaking again. Now the thermostat needed repairing. Saying it’s 18 degrees but it’s only 10 degrees all our meat that we didn’t put yet to the freezer and dairies gone. Service /help is very slow. Service came and checked but need to order parts. Next schedule is after 11 days. Loan fridge temporarily at the garage atm. Needs a lot of patience with this company.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good features. Good space. Good space inside. The wide-open arrangement of shelves accomodates all our container shapes and sizes. I like that the ice maker empties into an accessible container in the bottom freezer - last fridge, different brand, had a mechanical ice dispenser in the door of fridge that kept icing over and blocking up the whole feeder mechanism; and its ice feeder took up a lot of room in the fridge section. I chose this particular F&P model because it avoided those past issues. Freezer drawers are ok but tiniest annoyance is that 4 of the drawers have the pull handle at their base and 2 have the handle at the top lip of the drawer - always ends up a bit confusing trying to find the handle in the right spot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and elegant Lovely sleek finish and convenient water filter that takes up no space inside the fridge. Automatic ice maker in the freezer is fantastic and I like the fact that I can turn it off in winter and that it doesn't interfere with the space in the freezer. I just need to get my partner to close the door from the bottom or top without touching it all over. I would have bought the one with handles but hated the fact that the handles were not the same colour / finish as the fridge and they looked cheap and nasty compared to other fridges with handles.

Ice water in door is very convenient and now rarely use the kitchen tap for drinking water. The temperature zones are excellent and we notice food is fresher for longer compared to our previous fridge. The layout interior is great & to easily find contents and is well lit in both the fridge and freezer . Appearance is smooth & sleek and looks fantastic in our kitchen. The delivery & installation was excellent. Many thanks to E&S for good price and service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quad Door Fridge/Freezer A compact fridge/freezer with four doors, ice maker and filtered water. Perfect for single me. Is suitable for holding platters in the fridge section with multiple adjustable shelves as well as door compartments for storing jars and small containers of food. Two independent doors provide access to the freezer section which has six deep drawers. Love the control panel which allows me to control the temperature of both fridge and freezer as well as turn on/off the ice maker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filter Holder Leaking Issue There is a leaking issue with the filter holder after 2 years. Just a few months out of warranty, the filter holderleaks even if you followed F&P's instructions carefully. It would be easier to accept if the leak happened while I was changing the filter or refitting but the leak started suddenly without any symptoms. Expect a hefty maintenance bill on top of the already expensive buy. I recommend you consider a model without the water dispenser or look elsewhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Top RHS drawer will not open The new 4 door refrigerator operates quietly efficiently and contains all of our refrigerator needs. The only design problem with it is that if you want to pull out the top right side vegetable drawer the left hand door will not allow this to happen so you need to open both doors to access this drawer. The person that created this design needs a new job as a road traffic controller. Otherwise great machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fridge, useful features and functions. This fridge has really useful features that keeps food fresher for longer. The veggie bin keeps my veggies fresh and crips for significantly longer than my old fridge, meaning less food waste food waste. Layout of this fridge is great, strong door shelves for sauces and bottles and wide shelves that aren't too deep making everything accessible. I also love the variable temp zone in one side of the freezer - I have this set to soft freeze which is great for keeping bread, bagels which we don't use quickly enough for it not to go off, but it means its not frozen solid when we need it. We also keep in here chopped fruit to put into smoothies, raw chicken that we don't plan to eat for a week or two. Its really helpful to be able to defrost meat so much faster. Water filter is accessible inside the fridge - so good not to have to pull the fridge away from the wall to change water filter. Highly recommend this fridge.

when you open the left hand door and someone is getting ice or water does it shut off ice and water

Thanks for your question Louise. The manufacturer does not state this as being a feature for the water dispenser, so this should not interrupt this process. It does however have a dispenser lock, to prevent the water being used unnecessarily. Trust this helps! ^CO

Grandchild has pushed lock button on outside of fridge which controls the drinking water flow. How do we unlock this button please?

Thanks for your question Margaret. The DISPENSER LOCK is located on the external display and can be activated to prevent water from being dispensed. To activate/deactivate the dispenser lock, please press and hold the lock symbol for four seconds, after which time several beeps will sound to alert the user that water can/cannot be dispensed.
