We have been running our units control panel at 3.5 within the panel "warmer" to "colder" which carries numbers from 1 to 7. We have been getting some small/minor water catchment in the bottom panel of the unit. Should we increase the work No from 3.5?

Thanks for your question. Fisher & Paykel have confirmed you can increase the temperature to 4.5 or 5 degrees and this could help. They have also asked you to email them a photo of where the condensation is forming and they can assist further. We will send you the details directly via email.
