Brilliant machine cleans like a professional.
Brilliant Machine, cleans like a professional. Very easy to use once you know which direction to work from. I think it might be weave direction but on our tight weave carpet it wasn't apparent visually. From other directions, it's really hard to push. Also on deep clean mode it goes through water and solution really quickly so be aware of that. Most of these types of machine I've used in the past have left a lot to be desired but this one cleaned far better than I imagined it would.

Solid and effective unit
Effective and easy to use. Good sized cleaning solution tank means that you’ll cover a decent area before a refill is needed. This thing rocks if you’re methodical and clean at a slow and steady pace, and use a couple of vacuum-only passes to get the carpet as dry as possible.
We purchased this to replace an older Bissell Pro-Heat floor-dragger unit which worked ok but was awkward to use and had no brushing action, and nowhere near as effective as this newer unit. And I really like the all-in-one convenience of the upright.

Amazing carpet cleaner
Works great! I thought my carpet was clean but I was very wrong, having 5 pets the water that came out of the carpet was something of nightmares but I can confidently say my carpets smell fresh and are about 5 shades lighter! (It’s also super satisfying watching the dirty water get sucked up into the collection unit)

Just make your life better
I have 2 inside dogs and carpet. I thought I was clean... Buying this unit was a no brainer after i used it. Carpets have come up a treat, they were filithy...
If you have indoor pets and carpets - DO IT.
Carpets were dry after about 1 hour, on the express clean.

Life changing!
I honestly couldn't be happier! I first bought the Bissell spot cleaner which was also a great product, but wanted to do my large rugs. I wish I had bought this sooner. My white rug in my lounge room is like new again, soft and smells amazing. It was so easy to use (I'm 6 months pregnant), and easy to clean. I have recommended to my mum and friends.
