Fantastic Product
I bought this product about three weeks ago after getting a stain on my carpet from spilt coffee, I was dubious at first but after using the pre-cleaner and leaving for five minutes before cleaning with the Bissell shampoo carpet cleaner I had unbelievable results straight away. The stain was completely gone and did not even require a second going over which I thought I may have had to do. Congratulations to Bissell for this as I now could not do without it, thank you very much.

Very effective
We have used this product to clean our suite which was badly marked and the carpet in our car which had a nasty mark on it. It was very effective used in conjunction with Bissell carpet cleaner. Although I had used another propriety cleaner on the carpet before, the mark was still very evident, but the pre treat worked a treat! Now the carpet is as good as new and the suite looks much better.

PERFECT PARTNER PRODUCT TO STEAM CLEANER
We have used this on tea and coffee stains as well as pet stains (incontinent cat) and just spray and work in then use steam machine. We firmly believe that whilst the steam cleaner alone is fantastic - we feel this is helping those harder to clean stains and no smell left. We will be definitely adding this to our orders in future.

I bought this a few weeks ago.I am in the process of decorating so have not used it yet.There are a few stubborn stains on the carpet which I am hoping this product will remove,if it is as good as other Bissell products I am sure it will do the job,My star rating is based on how well I think it will work

Stain Pretreat made such a difference
Bought on the 3 for 2 deal and now really glad I did My carpets look as good as new even the areas with heavy traffic which usually don't look as great after a normal clean. Easy to spray left for a few minutes before using my carpet cleaner and it was well worth the little extra effort.

Brilliant service

Best cleaner
I've tried countless other carpet cleaners and sprays on old pet stains with very limited success - the stains seemed to have gone away but reappeared within a week or so. This is the best result I've had so far. The carpet looks really clean. So far so good.

Carpet pet stain pre treatment
Carpet pre treatment works really well with getting rid of urine stains (we have a very light coloured carpet) it also gets rid of the odour which also has the added benefit of stopping your pet using the same spot as they can smell their scent.
