Dream machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my partner and I love the ease of this machine. After having our old F&P top loader for 18 years I finally got my head around changing to a front loader and WOW I love it. The functions are easy to use, the water temp and spin settings are great to adjust for each load and I'm a very fussy washer and couldn't rate this more. Very happy with our purchase. The only thing I'd change would be for it to be self drying in a sense that it doesn't have water/moisture in the bottom on the rubber seal at the end of the loads which we have to dry out with a microfibre cloth and leave the door open to prevent mould but other than that it's great.

Great washer.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Cleans clothes exceptionally well with no lint in sight, unlike previous top loading machine. Adding clothes after cycle started a bonus although have not needed to use this function yet. Looks more robust than cheaper machines. Time will tell if this equates to a long service life. I have been disappointed with other brands. Only downside is the short length of delayed start (max 6 hours) and the weight of the machine making it almost impossible to move once it is in place. Looks great in graphite with matching heat pump dryer!

A washing machine designed for everythingLoving our first front-loader, gentle on clothes and a fast spin means they dry quickly. Glad we opted for the 10kg - can easily fit large doonas. Very quiet operation, even without the quiet setting. You'll need a smartphone to swap between the extra-care options. The finishing beeps are rather quiet. The dispensers allow you to fill and forget for everyday use and still have the option to use a woolen or delicates detergent separately as required. We just love the charcoal colour of this model. You have a lot of options so you can get the exact wash you are after every time.

Quiet as a whisperAbsolutely love the auto settings on this machine. Can set to favourite was settings for everyday loads. The auto detergent dispensing is brilliant! Machine can auto dispense detergent and softener (if desired) for each load, no more over using detergent, am saving a fortune on detergent and water usage!
The graphite colour is stylish and looks so good! The machine is whisper quiet!
Ample size for queen sheets .
Quick 30 minute wash for everyday light loads and 60 min wash for hubbys workwear .
Steam setting for stinky kids sports ⚽️

Ticking BombI bought mine two days ago (28/12/2023) had it installed today. It sounds like it’s going to blow up while in Wash mode. I don’t know if it’s due to the way it was installed or if it’s faulty, this is not normal I have never heard a washing machine make such a loud noise it’s sounds like a truck or a big motorcycle trying to start up. I’m so afraid that it will blow up so I have to keep pressing on the start/pause button. I had a secondhand Simpson top loader wm for 6 years and it never made noises like this brand new F&P. I took some videos just in case

Absolutely Love this machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever front load washer,had been hesitant on then as didn't believe they would be that great and felt their prices were extreme. I'm so glad I took the plunge and brought one, if it wasn't for the colour, I wouldn't have chosen this machine and would have missed out on the auto dosing. I initially thought it was a gimmick and I wouldn't use it... Well I was wrong, I would never go back to a machine that doesn't have it. Love how clean and fresh smelling our clothes come out.

A smart washing machine! Yes it really is![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously, I never thought I would be this excited about a washing machine! There are so many positives...no more too much or too little detergent, it self manages. You might think this isn't a big deal but with teenagers in the house who either emptied a container in or completely forgot to ad detergent. This feature is extraordinary. Not only are we going through less detergent our clothes feel cleaner, lighter. One of the other amazing features is the steam refresh. I didn't think I would ever use it but now the whole family uses it. It literally refreshes your clothes without a wash. Great when you are in a rush and really want to re wear something. Honestly I only wish we got this sooner.

Awesome washing machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome washer. Clothes are all coming out clean and fresh. The machine is silent and fast. I am now able to wash our blankets at home and love the ease this provides our family.I love the different setting choices, allowing me to go from delicates through to a daily wash and on to a bulky wash and how easy it is to use, makes talking the teens into using it much easier. Highly recommend you get one of these if you have a big family or pets that create a lot of dirty washing.
