Was a life changer, I love it![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago because I was having a baby. I hadn’t had a drier for years and years because I hated the condensation it caused. I swore I’d only ever use it “if I had to” but this one doesn’t cause any dampness at all and I don’t think there has been a day go by that it doesn’t get used.
I did have a problem with is squeezing about 12mths in and even so Fisher & Paykel sent someone out at a time that worked for me and sorted it out in no time.
I honestly don’t think I could live now without it.
Would highly recommend it.

Love it.I love this dryer so far only had it for a couple of months but it’s been a life saver for me.
I Can’t comment on power rating yet as haven’t got a bill, but I loved that it has brought some of my older bath mats back to fluffy new look.
I Love there is no condensation and I can just empty the tank or have hose option for water.
Only reason I didn’t give five star as I haven’t used it long enough and wish it could have been a tad quieter as it is a bit noisy and of course that changes depending what you are drying, but the machine alone is a little louder then I hoped, but I’m happy to put up with it for a product that hopefully will be less on power and does a great drying job.

Happy overall[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice dryer, feels very well made through the door/seal and water tray. Auto sense function works fairly well most of the time but occasionally the dryer says it is done and the clothes are a little damp still, particularly fitted sheets corners but also things like the elastic band of shorts. I like to be able to throw things in for time as well as for an auto set cycle. I would prefer to be able to choose a heat level as well, but for anything that needs low heat I select a cycle such as wool and hope for the best! A bonus that it hasn't increased our electricity bill even with one or two cycles daily due to great efficiency.

Washing Machine and Dryer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely more than satisfied , have never had these type of machines front loaders as hesitant .
They wash so much better towels clothing comes out feeling so much lighter and fresh, spin cycle amazing.
As for the dryer brilliant, which l need to use a lot best ever.
Clothes , towels etc feel soft and need less ironing.
Maybe more expensive than other machines , however you pay for what you get and lm stoked.
Cant beat Fisher and Paykel thou and l was every day with no less than 3 loads per day.
Best purchase l have made in a long time

DisappointedDisappointed as this Dryer has issues upon delivery, the first week made slight whirring noise thought it must be what the motor sounds like. Unfortunately it progressed to loud & noisy Fisher & Paykel technician stating requires bearing replacement. I previously owned a standard Fisher & Paykel Dryer I had for 25 years which I replaced with the Heat pump Dryer as the old one was occasionally stopping and it dried the clothes exceptional. Please replace this machine & hopefully it doesn't have the same issue and due to it's issue it did not dry clothes very well.

Waste of moneyI brought this about 6 months ago, within a month it started making a whirring sound started off slow and it got louder, got a technician to have a look at it they replaced the bearing took them 2 months to the part and fix it, got it back for about a couple of weeks and started doing the same problem again so im guessing i wont have a dryer for a month or two, for a dryer that cost 2grand it spend more time getting fixed then drying clothes ,absolute waste of money.

Disappointed[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this dryer quite frustrating to use. Despite its functions, I am disappointed with its overall performance. The sheets tend to ball up tightly, and even after following Fisher and Paykel's suggestion to include a towel, I still end up with a damp center and a tightly bunched sheet. It takes at least an hour to dry a single sheet. I have also tried the heavy mode but have not had any success. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this machine's performance and would not recommend it.

Dream machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dryer functions and heat options. Never used a dryer for clothes until this heat pump dryer. Only ever trusted the old dryers with sheets and towels. We've found this dryer life changing. A tip that was given to me was when the cycle is complete open the door, fluff up the washing and let it sit there for 10mins or so or pull out into basket and let it sit a little before folding. The washing can feel damp but its just the dryer condensation so and goes away after a short time.

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Can this dryer be vented outside also to save emptying tank?

Hi there, this particular model can not be vented outside. The dryer is equipped with a condenser unit which accumulates water during the drying cycle.
This water is either collected in the removable water tank located at the top left of the dryer,
or you can setup your dryer to drain automatically using the drain hose provided.
The manufacturer recommends the dryer is set up to drain automatically where possible especially when
drying full loads, this will avoid having to empty the water tank during a drying cycle. We trust this helps with your query
